PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS MATERIALS White and MB-40 bronze electrostatically applied baked polyester paint. FRAME All main frames are manufactured as knocked down for ease of installation. The 2-track Box frame sill width is 6 (104.8mm). The 3-track Box frame sill width is 8-7/8 (208mm). A corner gasket seal is applied to main frame to ensure weather tight performance. Weep holes are on the frame corners to ensure standing water is directed to the exterior plane of the unit. Screen track is extruded into the main frame. PANELS The heavy-duty single interlocking panels are mechanically fastened and assembled. Available in 2, 3, and 4 panels riding on 2 or 3 tracks. Panel configurations include Bypass, Single pocket and Dual pocket. GLAZING (25.4mm) insulated glass consist of two lites of tempered (5mm) glass sealed around a spacer. (5mm) tempered monolithic glazing. The glass is mounted into the panel using a silicone-glazing compound. The insulating glass units comply with the performance requirements of the IGCC in accordance with either ASTM E774 or E2190. All units are exterior glazed. GLAZING OPTIONS (25.4mm) insulated glass is available in clear, Low-E or Low-E 366, tinted, obscure or other specialty insulating glass as specified. (5mm) tempered monolithic glazing. Impact Resistant glass in both insulated and monolithic available. WEATHER-STRIPPING A fin-pile weather-strip is applied along the main frame jamb pockets and panel head/sill and interlocks. HARDWARE Standard white or bronze mortised D-handle with dual-locking keeper system. Optional keylocks and upgraded coastal hardware. Single wheels for fixed panel to ensure proper installation. Tandem wheels standard for all moving panels. INSECT SCREENS The exterior fiberglass charcoal color insect screen is set in an aluminum frame to match the color of the unit. Insect screens are intended to allow air and light in and keep insects out. They are not intended to keep anyone or anything from falling through an open door or window. For safety screens or other security devices contact your local building supply retailer. GRILLES GBG (Grilles between the Glass) - 5/8 (16mm) and 7/8 (22.2mm) flat or 5/8 (16mm) contour grilles mounted between the glass panes suspended within the air cavity and color matched to the extrusion color. SDL (Simulated Divided Lite) (25.4mm) vinyl contour outside/flat inside muntins surface mounted on the exterior surfaces of the single glaze glass unit to provide a true divided lite appearance. Only available in white. DA (Double Applied) - Aluminum 7/8 double applied flat/flat bar is applied to the exterior of the single glazed glass to give the detail of a true divided look.
