Your own business Starting your own business is an exciting challenge. To ensure it is as profitable and exciting, one should select the right business. One that will suit your personality and personal style. If you are truly thrilled and passionate about the business you own, people are immediately drawn to you and your business. However, there are a few things to consider when you want to set up your own business: A new enterprise costs money. If you cannot get a bank to finance your business, the normal route towards owning a business is closed to you. Employing staff is a serious matter, and planning and budgeting for the financial implications are even more difficult. Government regulations on enterprises are very strict and complicated. The best way (for an ordinary person) to start a business is from his/her own home, is when the business does not require large investments, risks, complying with special regulations, keeping stock, payment of rent and wages, etc. You can even pay family members (children) wages instead of pocket money. A business that has been established for a few years may even create a future career for the children. What is the ideal home business? It has been proven throughout the world, that multilevel marketing or MLM is the ideal home business. It is a business that allows you to learn while you earn. There are no territorial limitations, no ceiling on your performance. The most fascinating aspect of MLM is the fact that you duplicate your input by recruiting other people and by introducing them to the business. In this way you duplicate your income by generating a time-lever with fellow Consultants of Annique products you recruit to, create residual income for yourself and others. What does Multilevel Marketing (MLM) mean? MULTILEVEL marketing concerns the way in which an Independent Consultant is remunerated, namely receiving discounts on the sales he/she achieves and additional discounts on the sales of his/her network. The Consultant is also rewarded for the sales of people he/she has recruited (introduced), trained and motivated to start their own Annique Business. MLM is: A legal and fair enterprise. An opportunity offered to everyone, without any discrimination on the grounds of age, training, sex, race, beliefs, etc. A practical, fair and effective system. A low-pressure sales technique. The Annique Profit Plan Annique s Profit Plan has been specially designed to be rewarding at all levels. The opportunities for growth ensure quick promotion and plenty of opportunities for everyone. Support offered by Annique: A network-connected, computerised system for the expedient and efficient delivery of orders and computing of additional discount. A convenient and efficient ordering service by email, fax or enterprise portal. Professional marketing material. Regular product promotions. The monthly Annique Consultant focused Replique magazine, available to Annique Consultants containing information on training, motivation and special offers. Three to four Annual Conferences in main areas as well as regular workshops where new products are launched, further training is given, and promotional prizes and competitions are announced. Your Plan: Adapt the Profit Plan to suit your abilities. All of us are not equally capable of generating revenue and prosperity. The Annique Profit Plan has been designed in such a way that you can concentrate on your strong points to ensure your maximum personal income. Annique offers you three basic ways of generating revenue: Sales and services provided directly to the consumer This provides an immediate income. If your personal sales are R13,000 you will earn 25% discount (R3,250) PLUS an additional discount of 2% (R260) on the sales of your team members, for a total income of R3,510 in one month. Manage others Convince other people to distribute and sell Annique products - and discover the magic of duplicating your income. Create a future income with the additional discount you will earn on the sales of Consultants recruited by you. Combine the best of both of these options This provides the stability and potential for growth you can expect from a successful company. This is the best tool with which you could more than double your personal effort (which earned you R3,000) and then double your income to R6,000 per month! The Annique Profit Plan provides four different ways of remuneration: 1. Sales Volume-discount: You receive a 25% discount on the products you purchase above the minimum required purchase amount currently R250 per order. These values may change from time to time at the sole discretion of Annique. Please refer to the current Profit Plan. This generates an income of 25% on every product you sell at our recommended retail selling price (RRSP). 2. Special offers with a discount of up to 50%: If you use the special offers to stock up on popular products your income during normal months would be up to ± 50% of the recommended retail selling price on selected items! 3. Additional discount: As your personal or group-volume sales increase, you could receive an additional discount of between 2% and 15%. The company will deposit this additional discount into your bank account at the end of the following month. 4. Senior Executive Leader: Regional Director s discount: The moment one or more of your personally recruited Consultants qualify as Executive Sales Leader, you start receiving a further additional discount of 2% to 3% on their group sales. When this Executive Sales Leader also achieves Senior Executive Sales Leader status, you are promoted to Director and eventually to Regional Director. The Profit Plan Levels Consultant Attend an Annique Introduction Session with your future Sponsor, who will introduce the company, Profit Plan and products to you. Complete an Annique Consultant Registration Form and attach the following: Copy of ID document. Payment of your starter kit. Annique Starter Kit selection. Confirmation of your bank account that you intend to use to receive your additional and volume discounts. You also have to complete the basic training programme. All active Annique Consultants need to qualify as per the rules stated in the Replique. Consultants may participate in the Annique competitions and motivational programmes. Being a Consultant offers the following benefits: You receive a 25% discount on all products purchased and sold above the monthly minimum of R1000 average per month over a six month period. Increasing your personal or group sales earns you an additional discount. Refer to the yearly Profit Plan published in the Replique. This structure was designed to reward Consultants for all Annique products sold, i.e. by direct sales (recruiting new customers), as well as indirect sales by recruiting new Consultants. There is no limitation on either the number of Consultants you may recruit or on the recruitment activities of these downline Consultants of yours. Also refer to section Your Annique Business in the Success Guide. Senior Consultant; Group Manager; Senior Group Manager; Area Manager; Senior Area Manager; Executive Sales Leader; Senior Executive Sales Leader; Director and Regional Director. To qualify: Your monthly personal sales have to exceed R1000. Complete the basic training. Personal sales activity per month, for example, Pamper Parties, Foot Parties, Colour Workshops. Attend monthly meetings with your Sponsor. Hold monthly meetings with your downline. Keep your downline informed of all new developments and monthly information. Provide support on products, services and motivation to your downline. You should register with the South African Revenue Service as an income tax payer. If your turnover reaches the level in law where you need to register for VAT you must register with the South African Revenue Service. Neither you nor any Consultants in your team are allowed to re-mix or tamper with any of the products or to alter the packaging of any of the products. You will sell the products only under Annique s trademarks or trade names of Annique. In this regard all Annique Consultants acknowledge that the patents, trade names and trademarks of Annique shall at all times remain the sole property of Annique. You will be responsible for training and monthly meetings with your Consultants. ANNIQUE SUCCESS GUIDE 32

The Annique products should be sold at the prices which are published in the Annique recommended retail selling price list or the monthly Beautè. The Consultant may only sell the products directly to customers and may not sell them to or at retail outlets. You will provide each client with a fully completed invoice for the products purchased, reflecting your full contact details. You may not advertise the products in any manner other than handing out or posting the Annique Beautè or via any other Annique promotional material. Any personal advertisement or promotional material must first be approved by Annique in writing. You may not sell any other skin care. Ethics Agreement When representing Annique please ensure that you reflect the correct professional image. Rudeness and being abusive to any client, potential client, Annique personnel or competitor is not acceptable. Do not pressurise anyone into purchasing our products. Your client must purchase because he/she wants to, not because he/she is forced to. You should sell the Annique products at the Recommended Retail Selling Price that Annique publishes. Always ensure that your clients benefit from the various promotions and discounts on offer during a month. Ensure superior service to Annique clients. Always be on time for appointments, deliver on time and conduct follow-up service calls. Group Manager; Senior Group Manager; Area Manager; Senior Area Manager and Executive Sales Leader Becoming a Group Manager up to Executive Sales Leader level provides you the following benefits: You receive a discount of 25% on all personal sales. You receive additional discount of 2% to 15% on all personal and group sales. Senior Executive Sales Leader You qualify as Senior Executive Sales Leader as soon as one of your Senior Area Managers qualifies as Executive Sales Leader. As Senior Executive Sales Leader you will receive an additional discount of 3% on the sales of each of the Executive Sales Leaders in your first level and their groups in your downline. You will qualify for 43% volume discount on your personal sales. Director You qualify as Director as soon as one of your Executive Sales Leaders qualifies as a Senior Executive Sales Leader. As Director you will receive an additional 2% on the sales of each of the Senior Executive Sales Leaders in your level one and their groups in your downline. You will qualify for 45% discount on your personal sales. Regional Director You qualify as Regional Director as soon as one of your Senior Executive Sales Leaders qualifies as a Director. As Regional Director you will receive an additional 2% on the sales of each of the Directors in your level one and their groups in your downline. You will qualify for 47% discount on your personal sales. Senior Area Manager up to Regional Director You are required to: Fulfill all the responsibilities detailed in this document.
