SECTION 3 HAZARD IDENTIFICATION Emergency Overview: These materials are clear topcoats. They are stable, non-flammable, translucent flowable liquids with flash points above 200 F. Primary Routes of Exposure: Inhalation Skin contact Eye contact Ingestion Potential Acute Health Effects: Inhalation: Vapor harmful. May affect the brain or nervous system causing dizziness, headache or nausea. Causes nose and throat irritation. Eye: Causes eye irritation. Skin: Causes skin irritation. Ingestion: Harmful if swallowed. Potential Chronic Health Effects: May be a reproductive hazard if absorbed through skin. NOTICE: Reports have associated repeated and prolonged occupational overexposure to solvents with permanent brain and central nervous system damage. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling the contents may be harmful or fatal. SECTION 4 FIRST AID MEASURES Eye contact: In case of eye contact, flush immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and get medical attention immediately. Skin contact: Wash thoroughly with soap and water. Inhalation: Vapor harmful. If you experience difficulty in breathing, leave the area to obtain fresh air. If continued difficulty is experienced, get medical attention immediately. Ingestion: If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Get medical attention immediately. Note to Physician: Treat symptomatically. Page 2 of 8 pages

SECTION 5 FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES Flash Point (method): N/D (est. >200 F) Extinguishing Media: Use water spray, foam, or carbon dioxide when fighting fires involving this material. Protection of Firefighters: As in any fire, wear NIOSH approved self-contained breathing apparatus pressure-demand and full protective gear. Fire and Explosion Hazards: Material will not burn. SECTION 6 ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES Personal Precautions: Slippery: can cause slips and falls if walked on. Clean Up Methods: If spilled, contain spilled material and remove with inert absorbent. Dispose of contaminated absorbent, container and unused content in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. (See also Section 8 for information on Exposure Controls and Personal Protective Equipment.) SECTION 7 HANDLING AND STORAGE Handling: Keep away from heat or flame. Use only with adequate ventilation. Do not reuse container and properly dispose of empty containers. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Page 3 of 8 pages

SECTION 8 EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION Engineering Controls: If necessary, use general room dilution ventilation, process enclosures, local exhaust ventilation, or other engineering controls to control airborne levels below recommended exposure limits. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Eye Protection: Eye contact should be avoided. Where eye contact is likely, wear chemical splash goggles and/or full-face shield. Skin Protection: Wear gloves and other personal protective equipment to prevent skin contact. Respiratory Protection: Use only with adequate ventilation. Ensure fresh air entry during application and drying. Prevent build-up of vapors by opening all windows and doors to achieve cross-ventilation. If you experience eye watering, headache or dizziness or if air monitoring demonstrates vapor/mist levels are above applicable limits, wear an appropriate, properly-fitted respirator (NIOSH approved) during and after application. Follow manufacturer s directions for respirator use. General Hygiene Practices: Do not get in eyes, on skin or clothing. Avoid breathing vapors. Wash hands with soap and water before eating, drinking, or using the toilet. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Page 4 of 8 pages
