Oil and Gas PCL provides a complete spectrum of construction services to oil and gas production facilities for gathering, treating, separating, and processing hydrocarbons. This includes pipelines for liquid and gas transmission of those hydrocarbons to terminal or downstream refineries and facilities for further processing. We stand ready to assist with site development, foundation preparation, structural steel erection, concrete installation, and the heavy rigging and crane services required to place critical process equipment and associated process piping. Refining and Petrochemical Refining and petrochemical projects present some of the most challenging and hazardous working environments that a construction firm encounters. PCL has gained a strong foothold in the downstream and derivatives market owing primarily to our ability to respond to our clients needs for transparency and accuracy. We have the necessary expertise, experience, tools, and equipment required to self-perform all the main disciplines of work. Our industry-leading quality and project-controls proprietary systems allow us to construct the industry s most complex projects.

FABRICATION At our 35-acre facility in Bakersfield, California, we operate a codecompliant fabrication shop where we perform fabrication, assembly, and field installation of steam generators, pressure vessels, modules, piping, process skid equipment, and custom plate and ductwork. In addition to new fabrication, we do repairs and alterations to existing pressure vessels and steam generators. To execute this work, we maintain a staff of welders certified in carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, and other alloys. We employ quality control specialists to ensure compliance with client specifications and our quality control program, and to oversee third-party suppliers of nondestructive examination services. We perform blasting, painting, and coating services that meet the specifications of paint manufacturers, as well as the requirements of our clients and the National Association of Corrosion Engineers.

Steam Generators PCL Industrial Services is the largest steam generator manufacturer in California, with a reputation for top quality design and fabrication, and on-time delivery. We deliver generators to oil fields around the world. Our steam generators are designed to customer specifications and meet steam quality, throughput, and emission requirements. We offer generators in a broad range of sizes, from 10 MMBTU/hr to 100 MMBTU/hr, capable of running on multiple fuel sources. Pressure Vessels We fabricate pressure vessels that meet client specifications and code requirements for a variety of industrial applications and services. In addition to vessel fabrication, our in-house engineering department specializes in upstream oil and water separation, gas separation, and water filtration, giving PCL the ability to design and fabricate specialty equipment such as free-water knockouts, Heater Treaters, gas conditioning vessels, and water filtration vessels. Our generators can be skid mounted for stationary use or trailer mounted for portability.

Piping Modules and Skids Whether from carbon steel, stainless steel, or another alloy material, we can fabricate small-bore (up to 36-inch) piping with light to heavy wall thicknesses. With our in-house engineering and fabrication capabilities, PCL can meet our clients piping needs and requirements. We integrate multiple disciplines into the construction of modules and skids, in addition to the specialized prefabrication of piping. A modular approach to prefabrication in a controlled environment ultimately leads to better quality and faster completion. Headquartered in Bakersfield at our 35-acre facility, PCL Industrial Services continues to expand its capabilities to meet growing client demand for modular fabrication.

AIR QUALITY CONTROL As a contractor for owners with emission-reduction projects, PCL has proven capabilities in broad, heavy industrial construction and equipment erection that address the air quality control requirements of our customers. We have experience in fabrication and new installations, as well as in retrofits at existing facilities, including mechanical installations of power piping and new boiler facilities, bag houses, flue gas desulfurization systems, selective catalyst reduction systems, and major AQCS ductwork projects. PCL utilizes its resources and technical capabilities to manage the construction and outage phases of these labor-intensive projects to ensure minimal downtime for the affected plants. CIVIL SERVICES PCL self performs excavation, trenching, backfilling, site work, cast-in-place concrete, elevated concrete piers, concrete caissons, equipment foundations, pipe supports, concrete containment slabs and sumps. PCL builds masonry and block retaining walls, perimeter walls, and containment walls. We also offer grout services using dry pack, epoxy grout, and specialty grout for all types of construction.
