Recent work - IDOC Reconciliation After the issues post harmonisation MPs requested a more robust reconciliation method from SAP through the Hub to the EMMA. With all the work required to stabilise TIBCO this request was one of the last issues to be addressed. In March 2015 a new reconciliation process went live after 6 months of work. The new tool compares actual IDOC or TX ref numbers The new tool identifies the IDOC number that has not been completed and will assign a reason for why it hasn t completed Invalid This means it has failed Schema validation Incomplete this means it has reached the HUB but may have got stuck in queue or a validation process. It could also be a timing issue and it could clear the next time the tool is refreshed. Missing this means it hasn t reached the HUB and needs to be investigated The report will also tell us if a supplier is in contingency. The new tool will not purge a missing, invalid or incomplete IDOC number until it is completed on the hub or in the event of a new message issuing it is resolved (the user can mark it as such). As a result the DNO should always have a picture of what hasn t completed on the HUB up to a point in time each day. The tool will tell how long the message has been outstanding. The new IDOC reconciliation process is working in both ESBN and NIE 10 esbnetworks.ie
Future Plans Outage Dates: 30 th May TIBCO outage from 8am 12pm (4 hours) The third Sunday is not being utilised this month The last Saturday had to be utilised as the work requires an external contractor to be on site. The next available date for the contractor was July As the essential work relates to Disaster Recovery it was considered prudent to go ahead on the first available date 11 esbnetworks.ie

DR 1165 V1.0 Market Design Process Diagrams conversion from ARIS to document format In 2013 a decision was made to exit from ARIS as BPM for Market Design. Project involves converting all Market Documentation from ARIS platform to Visio/Word platform and publishing directly on the RMDS website. The project is being delivered in stages with a new DR for each stage. DR 1165 is for the approval of the final 11 MPDs completing the conversion project As these MPDs were being drafted and converted there were some corrections identified these are highlighted in the DR and also recorded in the History of Changes for each MPD. This DR contains an embedded Conversion Project Close Out Document detailing the entirety of the conversion project. DR 1166 V1.0 - Export Only Supplier Currently there are three categories of Suppliers with the Irish Retail Electricity Market(Self Supplier, Large Supplier and Small Supplier). The proposal is to create a new type of Market Entrant Category within the Retail Market, this Supplier category would be termed Export Only Supplier. Up to 10 Export deminimus/non participant sites can be registered under the single Supplier Unit. If an Export Only Supplier wished to increase the number of export sites to beyond 10 they would be required to requalify to procure and implement the EMMA/TIBCO messaging infrastructure. This would require requalification, assurance and IPT. The Scope of Change to Design Documentation relates to amendments to the Market Assurance and Market Entry Documentation.. At Today s Meeting: To be Classified as RoI Specific. Recommendation for Approval as a DR. 13 th May 2015
