LAYOUTS CRYOGENIC-GASES TERMINAL AUTOMATION SYSTEM SYSTEM DESCRIPTION CRYO.TAS was specially designed to fulfill all requirements for automated filling of cryogenic air gases, CO2 and gaseous H2. A tailor-made product for the gas industry. Storage, receiving and dispatch of gas products from terminals is a vital part in which automation systems will play an important role by increasing the productivity, reducing risks, improving safety and, saving time and cost. SYSTEM ACHITECTURE CRYO.TAS adopts a client-server architecture using the latest standards. A integrated WEB-Server opens the system for Your customers and makes the system independent of any used operation platform. The system manages the complete ordering procedure from assignment of order for loading and control of loading procedure and quality control of filled products. RFID is used for identification of drivers, trucks and railcars. Open for any other IDsystem existing. The high sophisticated quality management system and the implemented change logging combined with the latest standard of gas-analyzer systems enables the generation of 3.1 and 3.2 certificates. Integrated archiving functions for all operations performed, analysis data and calibration data and compliance with the GMP and GAMP 4 directives in development meet the necessary prerequisite for calibration for medicinal and food products. The system meets all requirements from the medicines ordinance and can be validated.
CRYO.TAS ARCHITECTURE DESCRIPTION The above figure shows a typical installation of a loading site in the full development. Process-near components are monitored with the tank, loading and analysis control. This includes all field devices for control and monitoring of the loading process, the storage tanks and the present tank storage analysis. All recordings and actions take place in real time via a field bus system. For example, support up to the loading terminals is possible with common remote control software tools. The open architecture and use of industrial standards permits simple expansion of the system at any time. With the help of the object-oriented software structure, any special functions can be integrated in the system. CRYO.TAS uses Industrial Ethernet for secured data transmission to the computer world. Communication from and to the SQL server takes place via this. The system administration has an integrated WEB server with GUI (Graphical User Interface) at its disposal. This permits system operation and administration without additional client software from any site, independently of the client operating system used. Furthermore, application tools for monitoring to the bottom-most level are available.
CRYO.TAS COMUNICATION LAYOUT DESCRIPTION As already described in the previous charts, three communication levels are available for data exchange between the individual subsystems. Every system component is mapped as an object in the database system. A comprehensive object library permits quick integration of new components. The function and communication of an object in the SQL database is specified as follows: Parameters/messages Parameters define the function of an object (e.g. flushing times for an analysis device). The message configuration permits output of instructions, fault or event messages of an object. Business Logic This interim layer contains all basic functions of objects (e.g. procedure of an analysis, loading orders for filling points, inspection of products, etc.). For each object, a corresponding business logic must be present. All arising data from the loading and analysis PLC may be handed over to a present control system nearly in real time via standardized interfaces. There, you can integrate the CRYO.TAS system into your SCADA system for visualization of the process data or hand over external control commands to the CRYO.TAS system. Data/alarms & events This module is used to hand over all data of an object to the SQL server (e.g. analysis values, other object events and alarms) OPC The data handovers to the subsystems use OPC servers and clients.
CRYO.TAS FUNCTION OVERVIEW DESCRIPTION The typical function structure of a CRYO.TAS consists of three function levels. The administrative level contains the individual function modules that have been specifically developed for the gas-producing industry. They map the entire logistics, quality control and administration of a typical loading site. Scalability of the system results in diverse combination options. You can develop the functional scope of your system at any time with expansion licenses. In the middle level, you will find the core components of a typical installation. They include the SQL server, the WEB server for the system operation and all interfaces with third-party systems or one or several control levels. The control level with the tank, analysis and loading control assumes the entire monitoring, control and regulation of all sensor and actors of your system. Standardized interfaces permit data exchange with third-party systems and expansion modules of the CRYO.TAS system.
CRYO.TAS SINGE FACTORY INTALLATION SINGLE FACTORY INSTALLATION This installation type is ideal for smaller loading sites or organizations with a single location. Depending on the development stage, this installation type comprises all basic or addon modules that are available for the system. The ideal start to introduce secured quality control or loading monitoring at low investment costs. An overview of the scalings and modules can be found on page "CRYO.TAS module combinations".
CRYO.TAS MULTI FACTORY MULTI FACTORY INSTALLATION This system installation is particularly suitable for organizations with several loading sites. A central administration permits distribution of all master data among the individual sites. The system is designed so that only those data are automatically transferred to a factory that comply with the factory type. All data arising in a factory are handed over to the central system. Depending on data connection, this exchange takes place within 60 seconds. Generally, a multi-factory system distinguishes between local and global data. products and specifications, global authorizations (e.g. ADR, driver's license, med. loading authorization, etc.) Example local data: Installed analysis devices, storage tanks, loading points, local loading authorizations, factory access, loading details, analysis and calibration results, etc. Function: Distribution of global data to all sites of the same type (bidirectional synchronization) Replication of local data only from the factory to the central system Example global data: Fleets, vehicles, persons, customer tanks,
