Introducing the Agilent 490 Micro GC The Agilent 490 Micro GC is our fifth generation rugged and compact analyzer for gas quality analysis in the laboratory, on-line / at-line and in the field. With its genuinely better technology, the Agilent 490 Micro GC gives you greater confidence in your analysis results and decision making.

Modular and ready-to-go Two bench-top cabinets are available the DUAL for 1 or 2 channels and the QUAD for 1 to 4 GC channels. Every channel is a complete, miniaturized GC, with independently controlled injection volume, column Electronic Gas Control Chip Injector GC Column Micro TCD oven temperature and carrier gas.

Designed for flexibility and ease-of-use The Agilent 490 Micro GC provides maximum flexibility and customization: Sampling via sample pump or continuous flow Heated or non-heated injector/sample line Up to 2 different sample inlets Sample inlet at the rear or front Up to 2 different carrier gases Column back flush option

490-PRO Micro GC: no local operator required Designed to be a system component, the 490-PRO Micro GC does not require an external computer to generate data and results. It features on-board data collection, integration and results calculation. User defined information is automatically send to an external system.

The Micro Gasifier expands the range of samples you can analyze The Micro Gasifier provides controlled evaporation of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) and Liquefied Natural Gas (NGA). In addition high pressure can be reduced without creation cold spots.

The field case provides on-the-go measurements The field case is compact in size and weight, and includes carrier gas supply and battery pack.

Use accessories more conveniently with the integrated accessory bracket The Micro GC accessory bracket is an on-board universal mounting platform for accessories such as stream selector valve, Micro Gasifier, Genie membrane filters, pressure regulator and sample relief valve.

For on-line analysis a 19 rack mounting is available The 490 and 490-PRO are also available in a 19 rack mounted chassis. Sampling and sample conditioning devices, such as stream selection valves and Genie membrane filters, are mounted within the housing.
