Eye/Face Protection Hand Protection Body Protection Respiratory Protection Safety glasses with side-shields Chemical resistant nitrile rubber gloves Wear long-sleeved shirt and long pants and shoes plus socks. When respirators are required, select NIOSH approved equipment based on Page 3 of 7

Exposure Limits actual or potential airborne concentrations and in accordance with the appropriate regulatory standards and/or industry recommendations. WEEL TWA 10 mg/m3 Form of exposure Aerosol. SECTION 9. PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES Appearance Physical State off-white to beige liquid ph 4.5-5.5 (10 %) Density approx. 1.02 g/cm³ at 20 C Viscosity 700-1,100 mpa.s at 20 C SECTION 10. STABILITY AND REACTIVITY Hazardous Reactions Stable under normal conditions. SECTION 11. TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION Acute toxicity data have been bridged from a similar formulation containing a higher percentage of the active ingredient, Cyclanilide. The non-acute information pertains to the technical-grade active ingredient. Acute Oral Toxicity Acute Dermal Toxicity Acute Inhalation Toxicity female rat: LD50: 1,750 mg/kg rat: LD50: > 5,000 mg/kg rat: LC50: > 2.1 mg/l Exposure time: 4 h Determined in the form of liquid aerosol. highest concentration tested No deaths rat: LC50: > 8.4 mg/l Exposure time: 1 h Determined in the form of liquid aerosol. Extrapolated from the 4 hr LC50. Skin Irritation Eye Irritation rabbit: Slight irritation. rabbit: Severe eye irritation. Page 4 of 7

Sensitization Chronic Toxicity guinea pig: Non-sensitizing. Cyclanilide caused kidney and/or liver effects in chronic dietary studies in rats, mice and dogs. Assessment Carcinogenicity Cyclanilide does not exhibit carcinogenic potential when tested in rats and mice. ACGIH NTP IARC OSHA Reproductive & Developmental Toxicity REPRODUCTION: Cyclanilide was not considered a primary reproductive toxicant in rats. Pup body weights were decreased but were considered secondary to maternal toxicity. DEVELOPMENTAL TOXICITY: Cyclanilide was not considered a developmental toxicant when tested in rats and rabbits. Neurotoxicity Mutagenicity Cyclanilide has been tested in acute and subchronic neurotoxicity screening studies in rats. Transient neurobehavioral effects (e.g., decreased motor activity) were observed in the acute study. Neuropathological changes were not observed in either study. Cyclanilide was not mutagenic or genotoxic based on the overall weight of evidence in a battery of mutagenicity studies. SECTION 12. ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION Environmental Precautions Do not apply directly to water, to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Do not contaminate surface or ground water by cleaning equipment or disposal of wastes, including equipment wash water. Apply this product as specified on the label. Page 5 of 7

SECTION 13. DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS General Disposal Guidance Container Disposal Pesticide wastes are acutely hazardous. Improper disposal of excess pesticide, spray mixture, or rinsate is a violation of Federal Law.
