D3 Transforming Irrigation Efficiency Firas Al-Oqaili, Oregon State University Learn about cutting edge research on irrigation efficiency from Oregon State University. Firas will discuss the differences between mid- and lowelevation sprinkler application and how farmers can save water and money by using modern irrigation techniques.
