MNMC 103 - Support supply and return piping for heating system according to code. 81. MNMC 1208.1 - Conduct witnessed pressure test on hot water heating system and check for leaks. 82. MNMC 1006 - Install boiler pressure relief valve and pipe discharge to within eighteen inches of the floor.

83. MNMC 1005.2 & MNPC 4715.1940 - Install back flow preventer on city water fill line to hot water heating system and pipe vent as required. 84. MNMC 103 - Repair or replace radiator valves as needed. 85. MN RULES 1300.0120 - mechanical gas, warm air/ventilation permits are required for the above work. 86. SPLC 34.11 (6), 34.34 (3) - Provide service of heating facility by a licensed contractor which must include a carbon monoxide test. Submit a completed copy of the Saint Paul Fire Marshal's Existing Fuel Burning Equipment Safety Test Report to this office. 87. SPLC 39.02(c) - Complete and sign the smoke detector affidavit and return it to this office.
