Question 3: Name four (4) major causes of workplace accidents relevant to the IT environment and briefly explain how you could prevent these accidents happening. Give an example of how you can contribute to the HSC. Task 2 Workplace Inspection The purpose of this task is to demonstrate your skills in identifying and reporting workplace hazards. The WHS Committee has requested a safety inspection of the workplace. Using the WHS inspection form provided in Task 2 BSBOHS301A_answers.docx conduct an inspection of your workplace according to WHS procedures. Your inspection should include: Identification of any potential health and safety risks Any behaviours that may have WHS implications Display of Emergency Incidents procedures Appropriate signs or symbols or notices displayed for the work area Fill out the form with recommended actions required to eliminate or alleviate any issues that you consider may pose an WHS risk.
