Technical specifications Construction structure: Reinforced high tolerance concrete according to existing static and antiseismic regulation plans. Masonry: All walls are build with top quality perforated bricks. Internal walls are 10cm thick. External walls are 25cm thick and build using built quality thermal insulation bricks. Coating: Externally 3 layers of plaster with santex type paint. Internally 3 layers of fair plaster with emulsion type paint. Ceilings will be fared-faced with 3 layers of emulsion paint.
Technical specifications Thermal insulation: High quality thermal insulation materials will be used for all external surfaces which in most cases exceed regulations standards. These thermal insulation materials have also excellent sound insulation properties. Using the above materials we achieve great comfort in the internal areas and significant energy saving during the summer and winter seasons. More specifically all the external surfaces are insulated as follows: Roof: Special hard foam polystyrene, 5cm thick, with high thermal and sound insulation properties, low water absorption and high pressure tolerance. Masonry: All walls are build using top quality thermal insulation bricks that provide excellent thermal and sound insulation. Concrete surfaces: Use special hard foam polystyrene, 5cm thick, for all external sides of columns and beams to achieve excellent thermal insulation. Doors and windows: Use double glazing glass 4mm and 5mm thick with a 12mm gap. Using this type of glass we manage excellent thermal insulation that more than satisfies current regulations. Framing will be made out of aluminum. Pilotis space: Use 8cm light weight concrete with 2,5cm hard foam polystyrene to minimize the thermal loss from the 1 st floor apartments. Special plaster with excellent thermal insulation properties will be used throughout the building. To provide better thermal and sound insulation light weight concrete of at least 10cm thick will be used in all internal floors of the 2 nd and 3 rd floor apartments.

Bath accessories/mixers/sinks: All high quality European origin. Double stainless steel sink for the white colored kitchen. Plumbing/drainage: Pipe in pipe system with a water pressure system for hot and cold water. Electrical installation: According to E.A.C. s regulations. Provisions for telephone lines, internet and television in all bedrooms and the living room. Provision also for a satellite system. All apartments will have a video door phone for opening the buildings main entrance.
