The Educational/Internship Organization, by application for Charter from EI, agrees to support the EI and it=s Ministries through gifts and offerings to EI. The Educational/Internship Organization does hereby agree to pay a setup fee of $ 160.00, and hereafter pay $ 30.00 per month charter fee. The Educational/Internship Organization does understand that three months (3) of nonpayment of charter obligation, will be automatically dropped as a subordinate, resulting in loss of taxexempt status. Reinstatement of the Charter will require delinquent amount paid to date and a reinstatement fee of $ 50.00. The accounting period for EI and all subordinates begins January 1 and ends December 31. The Educational/Internship Organization is required to return the notarized AYEARLY FINANCIAL CHARTER REPORT@ to EI by the last day of February of each year. (This report will be mailed to each subordinate by the end of the year) The Educational/Internship Organization will receive a new charter for each year provided they are a member in good standing and have met all requirements for renewal. The Educational/Internship Organization, once approved by the EI for a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt status will remain a sovereign Educational/Internship Organization and will comply with all City, State, and Federal Regulations. This Educational/Internship Organization, along with its local and/or other agencies, accepts the responsibility of compliance with said ordinances and laws. C-2

The Organization does hereby agree to hold harmless the EI, its officers, representatives, employees, staff, and assigns from any and all damages, suits, liabilities, or actions intentional or otherwise that may arise as a result, direct or indirect, of the Educational/Internship Organization and regardless of the relationship to the Educational/Internship Organization. Any and all violations of the above agreement by the Educational/Internship Organization and its associate ministries shall result in the dissolution of the Educational/Internship Organization (subordinate) Charter granted by Exegetical Institute, Inc.
