Remain open with the exception of approx. two week long closures. Only one can be closed at a time. Only closed during Stage 2 (Mid July through end of August. ) Clark Street, John Street, and Ruedebusch must be open 4

Vehicular access to businesses and residences provided on WIS 28/67 only as needed during construction. Constricted work area, deep trenches and rough pavement may damage vehicles not preferred. Businesses with alternate access will be encouraged to use that access throughout construction. Better for business to keep one consistent access point. Contractor will have to coordinate in advance for driveway closures. 9

Sidewalk on at least one side of STH 28 will have to remain in place and open at most times. New sidewalk will be constructed on the east side of STH 67 prior to replacing existing sidewalk on west side of STH 67 Temporary crosswalks will be maintained at intersections outside the construction area along with pedestrian across STH 28 at Henninger, Oak, Walnut, John, School Streets & STH 67 at Ruedebusch Streets at most times. 12

Approx. 72 hours notice prior to closure of driveway access. Approx. 10 days notice prior to intersection closures Approx. 48 hours prior to sidewalk / utility interruption. 15

Driveways off of Horicon/Clark Streets closed for approximately: 48 hours for utility installation 48 hours for roadway excavation 5 calendar days for concrete pavement 10 calendar days for curb and gutter, concrete driveway, and concrete sidewalk. 16

WisDOT Traffic Control signs near the start of the detour route to let drivers know they can still access local businesses. Identify Alternate Business access routes Closer to construction complete permit for temporary signs to identify size, material, and location of temporary business sign. Handout maps showing alternate access and location of business can help customers during construction. 17
