Affirmative Action Plan Provides an EO to underrepresented groups (women, minorities, veterans and persons with disabilities) Increase the participation of minorities and women in the workplace if the underutilization analysis demonstrates their underrepresentation in job groups Components: EO policy statement, Workforce analysis, incumbency vs. availability, goals and timetables for increasing opportunities, specific action-oriented programs, support for community action/outreach programs, internal audit and reporting system
