Remaining deal terms include: a potential of up to $55.5 MM development milestones of which we expect $25 MM upon approval; up to $33 MM sales-based milestones; US sales-based royalties from mid-single digit to low double digit levels; ROW royalty range from mid-to-upper single digit levels.
