01 Excavation for seating the dam, toe drains & appurtenant M 3 0 9110 21700 30810 works, devlopment of various permanent roads, ramps including clearing of jungle, trees, removal of roots, shoring, strutting, dewatering, drainage, desilting, bailing out water and including placing neatly, disposing off the excavated stuff as directed with all lifts/depth as per drawings and lead as per preamble, complete in all types of soils and boulders not exceeding 0.15 cum. in volume excluding soft/hard rock as per specification and including for all. equipments,tools & tackles, labour etc, as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 02 a) Excavation for seating the dam, cut off trench and M 3 0 510 1200 1710 appurtenant works,devlopment of permanent roads,ramps for ash reclamation in soft rock and boulders size above 0.15 cum. in volume with or without blasting including all necessary wedging, chiseling, benching etc. and also including shoring, desilting, bailing out water and placing neatly and disposing off the excavated stuff as directed with all lifts/depth and leads as per preamble etc. complete as per specification and including all equipment,labours etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. b) Excavation for seating the dam, cut off trench and M 3 0 510 1200 1710 appurtenant works,devlopment of permanent roads,ramps for ash reclaimation in hard rock and boulder size above 0.15 cum. in volume with or without blasting including all necessary wedging, chiseling, benching etc. and also including shoring, desilting, bailing out water and placing neatly and disposing off the excavated stuff as directed with all lifts/depth and leads as preamble, etc. complete as per specification. 07 Providing & placing in position PCC kerb stone of M15 Nos. 0 560 1260 1820 concrete for road way on top of dam of size 200mm X 200mm X 750mm long with embedment including all material, shuttering, casting, curing, fixing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 08 Providing & laying of turfing with pad grass for slope of M 2 0 7000 30200 37200 dam on downstream as per drawings, preamble & specification s and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 09 Providing and laying stone masonry in C.M. 1:6 in side RM 0 310 690 1000 only for 1m length in toe drains, rest in dry masonry crushed rock filter and sand filter including transportation of material with all leads and lifts complete as per specification and drawings, finished and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including excavation as required. 10 Excavation in D/S slope of dam, along chimney M 3 0 0 0 0 alignment, etc. and opening the top sand cap of chimney drain and back filling the remaining area ( after placement of chimney drain in continuation ) in layers as specified for the embankment as per drawing and including pumping/ bailing out of water from all sources and reuse of excavated material as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Rabate for reutilisation of suitable excavated materials M 3 0 5050 16800 21850 obtained from items 1,2 & 3, for formation of earth fill section of embankment as per specifications & directions of Engineer-in-charge including transportation with all leads and lifts as specified in the preamble of BOQ Page No.4 of 6 5 OF 7

12 Providing and laying the horizontal drain along the inner RM 620 200 750 1570 edge of berm made of 230mm rubble with cement mortar in C.M. 1:6 (Size as per drg.) including transportation of materials with alll leads(as per preamble) and lifts complete as per specifications and drawings, finished as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 13 Providing and laying the inclined drain in D/S slope at 20m RM 180 1500 1680 interval with 230mm rubble with cement mortar in C.M. 1:6 ( size as per drg) including transportation of materials with all leads (as per preamble)and lifts complete as per specifications and drawings, fished as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 14 Providing and laying catch pits made of 300mm Rubble Nos. 10 40 50 with cement pointing in C.M. 1:6 ( size as per drg) at 20m interval including transportation of materials with all leads (as per preamble) and lifts complete as per specifications & drawings, furnished as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 15 Providing & laying 300mm dia hume pipe of NP2 class RM 36 180 216 the berms of dam with collars jointed with cement mortar at 20m intervals including transportation of materials with all leads( as per preamble) and lifts complete as per specifications and drawings,furnished as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 16 Providing and laying WBM road of 110mm compacted sqm 2320 6600 8920 thickness on the top of the dam using 90 to 40mm down graded approved metal aggregate with moonrum blinding including watering and compaction to the required density and dressing complete as per detailed specifications and drawing. 17 Rebate for reutilisation of boulders obtained from M 3 0 0 0 0 dismantling of drain and rip rap as per required as specification and direction of engineer-in-charge, including transportation with all leads and lifts as specified in the preamble of BOQ. 18 Providing and installing N B 200 ( medium duty) vertical RM 0 56 80 136 G.I.pipes as a continuity to existing relief wells in the existing rock toe. The new pipes shall be welded to the existing vertical G.I.pipe. 19 Rebate for reutilization of following materials obtained from dismantling of toe drain,rock toe,horizontal/inclined drains a) Sand filter.
