How do you stay focused on your core business when you feel like an IT company with a banking license? Core Banking in the Cloud A bank s core business is banking, not IT. IT is an enabler. Therefore, moving applications to the cloud lets banks focus on their core business, banking. Additionally, the greatest demands of each bank in the world today are: complying with regulations, and reducing total cost of ownership (TCO). While banks are challenged to meet these demands, the banks at the same time must keep their stakeholders satisfied and their customers delighted. Your customers are trying to text you something. Are you listening? Global Wealth Management Survey Results Tough times for Private Banking? What are the current trends in asset growth and margins, and what is the outlook for Private Banking? How are wealth management client s expectations evolving? Which products, services, and strategies are being implemented by wealth managers? We will share our EY global survey results with you. 20 November 2018 8:15 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. At this BAM Club event we will present to you, banking in the public cloud, where an emphasis will be placed on the importance of a modern core banking system, a reliable SaaS platform with a majority of IT operations outsourced, and compliance to the CSSF regulations. 7 November 2018 8:15 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Operational Efficiency- Successful implementation, and building a continuous improvement culture So you have conducted your analysis, and have identified opportunities to deliver efficiency. But, how do you go about implanting the initiatives? Obtaining buy in is critical to the success of the program, as well as a well thought out communication plan. How can your organization be more competitive without taking too much risk from technology implementation? During this Banking and Asset Management Club event, we will discuss questions such as: how efficient can you become by leveraging intelligent automation? and is cost reduction the only motivation for implementation? What are the other benefits to explore? What are the areas where blockchain can be implemented? 22 January 2019 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Can you protect the data you don t know you have? Agenda Should PSD2 modernize payments or help shape a new competitive model? PSD2 and Regulatory Technical Standards: a big step towards open banking On January 13 2018, the Second Payment Services Directive (PSD2) came into effect. One of its objectives is to mandate that banks must make it possible for third party companies to access their bank customer s payment accounts (with the customer s consent), to consult them and be able to initiate electronic payments. Are these regulations creating opportunities leading to increased competition, greater innovation and ultimately a better user experience? By opening up the sector and inviting collaboration between FinTechs and banks, will the payment services industry be able to better support different client segments? 26 February 2019 5:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. How will your actions speak louder than words?
