Energy Code Enforcement Thanks to continued outreach by the Office of Resilience, the Atlanta Office of Buildings will increase regulatory oversight of building energy codes in July 2017. 5-yr savings from effective energy code implementation in GA: $1756 for new commercial $206 for new residential 8
