Aero New Technology Young Plant System
Technical Background Aero NT is a soil-based plug bonded from a premium blend of white and cocoa peat moss and perlite. Aero NT 50 cell is available with one or three holes 102 Solid is great for standard cuttings 72 Solid is great for larger standard cuttings 104 Propagation Strip designed for geranium or poinsettia propagation. 8 strips of 13 (32mm) in holding tray Aero NT can be calibrated to weather and seasonal conditions and their individual demands with unique summer and winter formulae. Both types are available the entire year.
A system that just knows advantages Fast Rooting Aero NT ensures fast rooting with an excellent success rate. The Aero NT PlugÕ s aerated structure provides an optimal microclimate and considerably reduces fungal infestation. Uniform Sticking Pre-drilled plug-holes allow easy Sticking and ensure good stem-soil contact, encouraging callous and quick rooting. Aero NT is available with up to three plug-holes, providing a high degree of flexibility. Stable Structure The inherently stable structure of Aero NT provides both a constant water retention and outstanding drainage attributes. This innovative structure also reduces shrinkage and expansion in both dry and wet status. Tested and Proven Aero NT has been proven in European production, with over 100 million cuttings produced annually. Aero NT is proven to produce roots faster, with stronger rooting than regular substrates. Plus, high volume rooting stations in North America are showing similar success.

References Deanna Hart, Propagation Coordinator Harts Nursery of Jefferson: Ò After using Aero NT plugs for our rooting last spring, we are very impressed by the shortened rooting times. In some cases rooting was shortened by 1 or more weeks! For the grower who is interested in faster turns, Aero NT is the one to use.ó Grower in De Kwakel, The Netherlands: Ò I have been trying to propagate Clematis for a long time; it is difficult. Now I have found Aero NT and, I think, this is the only system where such crops can be rooted reliably.ò Guido Eufinger, Dümmen Rheinberg: Ò Since switching our propagation entirely to Aero NT, we no longer experience stagnant moisture-caused disease. The system dries off quickly so we can grow moisture-sensitive crops like Phlox without any loss now. I have to water the plants more often, but in terms of rooting speed Ð thus greenhouse tablesõ allocation and energy costs Ð this fact is more than acceptableó
Scott Barnitz Ð BobÕ s Market and Greenhouses (Mason, WV, USA): Ò We at BobÕ s Market & Greenhouses have rooted over 1 million liners in the new Aero NT and we are amazed at the reduced rooting time compared to previous media used. The product displays outstanding consistency for moisture control and air porosity which promotes very early root growth. It has a very good nutrient charge as well. We would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their rooting experiences.ó Average cultivation time of pelargonium Callus 9 11 Rooting 4 7 PlantÔ s groth 9 10 Delivery, Transplanting Aero NT Regular Paper Pot *Based on grower results
