2 Aim: classify FAO population of field projects for IATI reporting, using OECD s Creditor Reporting System classifications (policy markers and sectors) and FAO policy markers. FAO population source: Field Programme Management Information System (FPMIS). Approach: Text mine each expenditure activity to assign agreed-upon: 1. OECD-DAC and FAO policy markers (multiple markers permitted) 2. single/main CRS sector and purpose code 3. Consult on difficult-to-code activities 4. Identify potential gaps 5. Obtain clearance on results from program leads and strategic program teams
