While I was undergoing counterpart training in Japan I learnt their hard work, time punctuality and sincerity in their efts motivated me to work as VEP with full spirit. Till today I am having contacts with my students worldwide. I used to go community based programmes with my guide Dr.Y.Yamamoto, Chief of Silkworm breeding at NISES, Matsumoto and learnt volunteer work. I have rich cultural exposure having organized many cultural events. I used to give lot of counseling to the students and used to help many students different projects, JRF/SRF positions.
