Main work was the preparation of Annex D in the proposal paper for the creation of the FRTA prepared by IDB Ministry of Economics Buenos Aires, Argentina Junior Analyst in the Project 91/019 of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) executed in the Secretariat of Economic Planning, Ministry of Economics.
