9 The NordBio Programme Nordic Bioeconomy Panel The Icelandic Chairmanship for the Nordic Council of Ministers 2014 seeks to establish a Nordic Policy and Strategy Forum for the Nordic bioeconomy - Nordic Bioeconomy Panel - NBP Multidisiplinary Consultation Forum To promote and coordinate Nordic cooperation and mapping opportunities for international s and development and strengthening the Nordic voice in international policy formulation and cooperation.
