Cameron Hills Project Technical Workshop DATE & TIME: February 20 & 21, :30 to 4:30 LOCATION: Ptarmigan Inn, Hay River NT TELECONFERENCE DETAILS: (Callin Number) (Participant Code) Workshop Purpose This technical workshop is meant to provide an open and collaborative forum in which parties can discuss their concerns and ask questions about the Strategic Oil & Gas (Strategic) Cameron Hills Project, specifically the SiteWide Monitoring Program (SWMP), V.4, and the Conceptual SiteWide Closure and Reclamation Plan (CCRP), V.3. It is the Board s hope that the discussion will increase each party s understanding of the issues around both Plans and of the perspectives of others. Although it is ideal if as many issues as possible were resolved during the workshop, the parties are not bound by comments made during the workshop. The workshop starts at 8:45 on both days, with coffee provided at 8:30 There will be a morning and afternoon break with coffee and snacks provided. The exact timing of these breaks has not been scheduled to allow flexibility in the timing of discussions. Meeting Goals: Day 1: o SiteWide Monitoring Program (V.4): Open discussion based on the September 18, 2014 submission to allow Reviewers the opportunity to ask any questions/seek any clarification from Strategic prior to the submission of V.5 of the Program. Day 2: o Conceptual SiteWide Closure and Reclamation Plan (V.3): Open discussion based on the June 10, 2016 submission to allow Reviewers the opportunity to ask any questions/seek any clarification from Strategic prior to the submission of V.4 of the Plan.
