12 The Pearl Theater A PERFECT FIT 12 The Pearl Theater at The Palms Hotel was designed and built to meet the demands of both the sophisticated local market and the demanding high-traffic, tourist market in Las Vegas, Nevada. The need for a sophisticated acoustics and aesthetics of the 2,400-seat theater were a major priority. To address both, 1" Tectum panels were installed throughout the theater. The result...the Pearl is an acoustically and aesthetically sophisticated space, with abuse-resistant properties that ensure peak performance throughout the venue s lifetime.
