KRC CONCRETE PVT. LTD., Quality Concrete with Technology Ready Mix Concrete Where you need it... W e U n d e r s t a n d y o u r I n f r a M/s KRC CONCRETE PVT. LTD., Head Office: Gandhi Tower, # 134 & 135, Above Rajesh Automobile, First Floor, Shop - A, Front Side, Ramavilasa Road, Devaraja Mohalla, Mysore.

Profile KRC Group is a building materials company that provides high quality products and reliable service to customers and communities throughout the Karnataka, We produce, distribute, and sell ready materials, and we maintain trade relationships in entire Karnataka State. We would appreciate to introduce our self as one of the manufacturer of Ready Mix Concrete the state of the art technology in producing the design mix concrete. We have fully computerized and automated Batching plants from the reputed manufactures of Batching plant all over the world. We own the crusher of 200 TPH VSI Crusher with washing unit for Manufacture Sand to produce the quality aggregates required from mechanically operated and automated crusher. We have sound, experienced, qualified & well trained team of Mechanical, operators for transit mixers, Pumps and team of fitters for pipeline fixing etc,. KRC Concrete Pvt. Ltd., is manufactured at state -of-the-art computerized automatic batching & mixing plants with contemporary technology. Some of the special features of our plants are: Entire process is fully computerized, leaving no scope for human errors. All the control systems are Windows based. Cement and other raw material are checked as per our quality plan. All the raw materials are stacked in separate bins and are stored under cover so that aggregates are not exposed to direct sunlight and environment pollution. Cement, Fly ash, Slag etc. are stored in separate silos for better control on recipe. Handling of fly ash and slag are done from closed bulkers to silos directly. Separate weigh-batchers are provided for each ingredient like cement, water, admixtures and aggregates. The weighing is done on sophisticated electronic weigh batchers. Precise weighing of all materials is done through electronic load cells made up of special alloys. Homogeneous mixing of concrete is ensured by use of special high type or turbo-twin shaft mixers. A fully equipped onsite plant laboratory is available at each plant. A Sprinkler system is installed to ensure temperature control of aggregates in hot weather. In line with Group's focus towards environment and eco with bag filters and level indicators to avoid any kind of pollution. Processes are in place for effective and periodic maintenance and calibration of all critical components. Laser sensor and moisture control are use Well trained and experienced engineers are available at our plant to take care of the quality of concrete Total area of plant is covered with concrete basement.

KRC VALUE ADDED CONCRETES Specialty Concrete is the concrete which is specially designed to achieve one or more property, behavior, composition or performance; usually superior in performance, compared to conventional concrete With specialty concrete there are Multiple Possibilities of applications. Specialty concrete is designed and specified, specifically for a typical end application in a project. Specialty concrete need special capability in terms of resources, and quality assurance to achieve the desired end results. KRC Concrete Advantage Product Advantage Service Advantage Centralized Mix Approval Raw Material Characteristic database and Analysis Mix Design: Flexibility in Design Methodology Centralized Database : Hardened Concrete Strength Dynamic Order Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring Online Design mix development and analysis Central Dispatch monitoring system System based Financial accounting Color Concrete Manufactured by using UV resistant colour hardener which retains the true shades of the colour for a longer duration. Imprinted Concrete is available in unlimited design, textures, pattern and colours with glossy and matt finish. Advantages : Monolithic concrete prevents growth of weed Enables speedy construction Imprinted concrete is a strong and Durable maintenance structures with zero Fibre Reinforced Concrete A Concrete made with randomly dispersed discrete discontinuous fibres (Polypropylene - monofilament or fibrillated, Polyester, Steel, glass) Fibres arrests plastic shrinkage cracks of the concrete in the green stage. Fibres increase in the homogeneity and cohesiveness of concrete Improved crack resistance, fire resistance, impact & blast resistance Additional flexural strength makes it ideal for abrasive surfaces like roads, pavements and industrial floors

Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC) A concrete made with latest 4th generation acrylic based super plasticizers and viscosity modifying agents that lend it a unique selfcompacting feature. This concrete is able to flow under its own weight, without the need of any vibration, whilst maintaining homogeneity. Highly effective for RCC members with intricate and complicated shape and size. Avoids defects such as segregation and honeycombing Superior surface finish enabling faster construction and lower manpower requirement Better degree of compaction, hence better impermeability. pavements and industrial floors Temperature Controlled Concrete This concrete is specially designed by lowering the placing temperature with careful proportioning of binder and cooling the ingredients. Ideal for mass concreting hence enhancing the durability of the structure No rapid loss of slump and drying of concrete. No early setting and stiffening of concrete. Reduced plastic shrinkage and Ease for finishing. No loss of compressive strength at 28 days. High Strength Concrete Produced by using multiple blends of cementitious materials along with advanced-quality super plastisizers to produce M60+ concrete Refined micro-pore structure of the concrete, results in to very dense, impervious and long-lasting structures Enables innovative sleek designs with maximum space utilization Assurance of long-term durability Economy in the structural design due to reduction in dead loads pavements and industrial floors

Lightweight Concrete Produced by distributing the air bubbles / thermocol bits in a uniform manner throughout by mechanical mixture to produce a light weight concrete Lightweight has a density ranging from 500 Kg per cum and above with a strength of concrete is ranging from 1.5 to 4.5 Mpa Possess excellent work ability and can be nailed, planed, drilled and sawn. Provides excellent heat and sound insulation, moisture and Fire resistant. Can be applied with all traditional surface finishes - paint, tiles, carpets etc. Pervious Concrete Concrete designed with narrowly graded coarse aggregate held together with cement paste, having little or no fine aggregate Compressive strength 15 MPa anddrainage rate liters / Sqm / Min Concrete with a high porosity used for horizontal concrete surfaces that allow water to pass through. Unique surface finish and enhanced traction, provides better skid resistance to light traffic, at the time of rainfalls Reduces development cost with smaller capacity storm water drainage and water harvesting arrangements KRC Aggregates : KRC is the Largest producer of aggregates. Featuring a wide range of superior quality aggregates. KRC initiative is ably supported by mineral reserves in key market and a history of responsible environmental management. KRC promise of providing consistent and high quality aggregates is driven by Expertise in Geology Expertise in mine management Expertise in aggregate manufacturing Expertise in quality control Products Available Coarse aggregates Manufacture Sand Plaster Sand Availability : To act as Single-Source supplier for all our customer need Consistency of Quality : To provide the customer each time with quality aggregates as committed Transparency : To follow and ensure fair supplies to our customer all times Our Major Customers A n I S O C o m p a n y C eminence^ PARK
