4 Netvote will provide an open source platform that moves voting, tabulation and auditing for elections to the public blockchain. Election administrators and voters will be able interact with the Netvote network through dapps. Unique features will include: 100% Open Source Publicly auditable platform and dapps True Voter Anonymity Does not use voter s personal keys Revote and Write-In Votes No voter is left out Delayed Reveal Votes encrypted, key reveal when polls close Check your Vote Every voter can check their own vote record Public Tally dapp Anyone can audit election results for free Voter Rewards Incentivize voters and help fund elections

5 Netvote 100% open source platform and dapps will go live in 2018 and will be designed to support the complex needs of existing governments and corporations, with unique features including: Support for corporate shareholder and government voting Support for multi-tiered ballots and unlimited polling places Ability to integrate the voter identity provider of choice Polychain network: version 1.0 on Ethereum, will support other blockchain platforms (priority TBD)

6 Netvote will introduce an innovative model to designate reward tokens for participating voters. Any blockchain-native token will be usable as the voter reward. This will allow election bodies to: Involve corporations and organizations as election sponsors to help cover election costs Incentivize voter participation with token rewards that can be traded for sponsor goods or services

7 The Netvote Staking (NVS) token will be an ERC20 token used to generate the VOTE tokens based on a regulated supply algorithm. Token-holders will be able to lock NVS in a smart contract for 30 to 365 days, for which the token-holder will receive VOTE tokens. The Netvote Voting (VOTE) token will be an ERC20 token used to obtain a vote allowance for a Netvote election. One VOTE token will equal one vote in an election and will cover the $0.25 USD service fee per vote. VOTE will be burned when a vote is cast.

8 70% of the funds from the NVS token sale will go to the for-profit Netvote Corporation to cover business development and the operations of fully-running versions of the Netvote platform in support of worldwide elections. Netvote Corporation will seek to provide a center of excellence for Netvote voting, offering training, setup, certification, integration, and implementation services. Netvote Corporation will also work to enable other global system integrators to implement elections. The anticipated allocation of the 70% corporate funds are targeted as follows: 15% Marketing and PR 15% Operations and Support 10% International Sales 10% Business Development 10% Regulatory Compliance 10% Admin and Legal 30% of the funds from the NVS token sale will go to the non-profit Netvote Foundation for the future development of the Netvote platform, including support for multiple blockchains and features to support large government, corporate and organization elections (for more information see the Netvote White Paper), with funds covering:
