2 2013 Concept Develop and deliver an integrated enumeration plan that will reduce or resolve voter list quality deficiencies.
3 Voter List Project Objectives Achieve the level of quality attained prior to the 2009 Election 91.1% coverage 88.3% currency 80.4% net currency province-wide. Achieve at least 65% net currency in all regions Achieve list coverage of 73% of voters 18 to 24 years of age Improve, and be seen to improve, the quality of the voters list in every electoral district through special enumeration activities

7 Province-wide Mail Out Objective Deliver notices to households, individual voters, empty civic addresses, and other known postal delivery stations (post boxes, super boxes, and general delivery). Include names of voters registered at the address Include instructions to: Register eligible voters at the address Update voters registered the address Remove names of voters no longer resident at the address Telephone or use Online Voter Registration (OVR) application
