Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Immediately remove all contaminated clothing. After skin contact Wash away with soap and water and rinse. Do NOT use solvents or thinners. After eye contact Remove contact lenses, keep eyelids open. Flush with plenty of water (10-15 min.). Call a physician. After ingestion Contact a doctor immediately. Keep at rest. 2 06. Accidental release measures Personal precautions Refer to protective measures listed in sections 7 and 8. Environmental precautions Do not empty into drains. If the product contaminates lakes, rivers or sewages, inform appropriate authorities in accordance with local regulations. Methods for cleaning up/collecting Contain and collect spillage with non-combustible absorbent materials, e.g. sand, earth, vermiculite, diatomaceous earth and place in container for disposal according to local regulations (see section 13). Clean preferabily with a detergent; avoid use of solvents. 07. Handling and storage Information for safe handling When operators, whether spraying or not, have to work inside the spray booth, ventilation is unlikely to be sufficient to control particulates and solvent vapour in all cases. In such circumstances they should wear a compressed air-fed respirator during the spraying process and until such time as the particulates and solvent vapour concentration has fallen below the exposure limits. At proper handling there is no special precaution necessary. The usual care when using chemicals is to the applied. Requirements to be met by storerooms and containers Storage in accordance to the operational safety rules. Keep containers tightly closed. Do not use pressure to empty the container, this is not a pressure container. Containers which are opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage. Personal protective equipment General protective and hygiene measures Wash hands before breaks and after work. Dry sanding will give rise to dust and/or hazardous fumes. Wet sanding should be used wherever possible. If exposure cannot be avoided by the provision of local exhaust ventilation, suitable respiratory protective equipment should be used. Do not eat or drink during work - no smoking. Protect your skin and eyes! Respiratory protection None, but avoid breathing vapours if possible. Hand protection Apply BG-Rule 195 "Rule for the use of protective gloves". Recommanded is a testet chemical-safety glove re EN 374. For shot-time contacts (fot instance: splatter-protection) it is recommanded to use an alkaline proof glove to protect against the ingredients of the product. Try to develop a working-system that will allow you not to wear gloves all the time. The glove should in every case be tested for its safety ability. Skin protectimg lotions are also recommanded. At individual cases there are data gaps. It is the experience of the manufactor/ seller however that there are no dangers beyond the distinguishing characteristics. Experience on practice This product is unlikely to harm health, given normal and proper handling and hygenic precautions.
