MicroBlaze Out is U.L. Classified as a Wetting Agent under NFPA 18 Revised 2006 Standards for use on Class ""A""and Class "B"" fires. MicroBlaze Out is Patented and contains a biochemical formulation of biological activators and scientifically selected bacteria which digest organic waste, including hydrocarbons, after the fires are extinguished. MicroBlaze Out improves the penetrating capability of water alone by reducing the surface tension of water, thereby increasing the penetration of surfaces that water alone may otherwise simply run off. This allows the product and water to reach deepseated fires and extinguish the fires quickly while using much less water. MicroBlaze Out increases the heat absorbing capabilities of water thereby greatly reducing temperatures as it is applied. The uniqueness of MicroBlaze Out that sets it apart from any other Wetting Agent or Class A Foam or Class B Foam is its patented formulation containing microbes. These are natural, nontoxic, and nonpathogenic microbes which will clean up the organic waste caused by the fire and will immediately begin the process of bioremediation and restoring the eco system that was damaged by hydrocarbon spills, fires, and run off.

4 Environmental & Toxicological Information MicroBlaze Out is fully biodegraded because of our MicroBlaze microbes and because the individual ingredients contain no harmful components to the environment. As with any product, however, care should be exercised to prevent any discharge from entering ground water, surface water, or storm drains. Discharges of MicroBlaze Out can be treated by local biological sewage treatment systems because of the MicroBlaze microbes. These microbes will actually enhance and help the waste water treatment facility. Toxicity testing on MicroBlaze Out concentrate, as well as the premixed diluted solutions of MicroBlaze Out has shown that it is negative for acute oral toxicity; negative for acute dermal toxicity; and negative for dermal irritation. MicroBlaze Out is considered to be mildly irritating for primary eye irritation. How MicroBlaze Out works: MicroBlaze Out Foam layer MicroBlaze Out' 's unique properties help it to not only smother and suppress the fire, it penetrates the liquid substrate. This unique ability to penetrate the burning hydrocarbons makes MicroBlaze Out highly effective in rain storms and rolling fuel fires. Other Fire Foams Breaks in the fire foam barrier on top of the burning hydrocarbons can release vapours that can build up to dangerous LELs, possibly leading to reignition or flashback. 4

5 Frequently Asked Questionsions (FAQ's) Is MicroBlaze Out U/L listed? Yes, it is listed as a Class A and Class B agent. Are there any flurosurfactants in MicroBlaze Out?? No. Is there butyl carbital in MicroBlaze Out? No. It is a nontoxic fire agent. Do the microbes put out the fire? No. After the fire is extinguished, there usually remain enough microbes from the overspray to begin degradation of the hydrocarbons. On what type of fire does MicroBlaze Out work? On Class A fires, we recommend an application rate of 1/2% to 1%. On Class B fires, we recommend an application rate of 3%. Will MicroBlaze Out work on polar solvents and alcohol fires? No. MicroBlaze Out has been used on minor spill fires with some success; however, it is not recommended to be used on alcohol fires of more than 25mm depth. Is MicroBlaze Out corrosive? No. It will not affect rubber, brass or metal valves. MicroBlaze Out can be premixed in booster tanks, ready to use and can remain ready indefinitely. The mixture will not turn black or septic. Does the application require any special equipment? No. Any type of inductors or truck mounted proportioners for foams are acceptable. It also reduces wear on inductors by eliminating pitting and corrosion caused by other foams. Are there any particular foam nozzles required? No. Any attack nozzle will work. An air aspirating nozzle is recommended. What is required to clean equipment? Just run water through the system and hoses for approximately two minutes. 5

6 Frequently Asked Questions Cont'd Does MicroBlaze Out help to reduce the vapours/ LELs upon application? Yes. Is MicroBlaze Out sold in different concentrations? No. It is sold in a highly concentrated formulation to be used at different ratios. Shelf life is 10 years, when the product remains in its original container and concentrated dilution. 7 Applications: MicroBlaze Out is the world's only patented microbial "Wetting Agent". It contains surfactants (foaming agents and emulsifiers) that increase the penetrating and spreading capability of plain water, as well as microbes that will digest toxic hydrocarbons and other organic wastes into harmless carbon dioxide and water. This unique formulation makes MicroBlaze Out the best foam of choice by having the greatest impact on cleaning up the environment after a fire on the following type applications: Structural Fires: MicroBlaze Out can be premixed, batch mixed, educted, or injected into a water stream. MicroBlaze Out can be dispensed through aspirating nozzles, nonaspirating nozzles, CAF, and dropped from aircraft to extinguish Class A fires at a 1/2% to 3% solution. When properly mixed and applied MicroBlaze Out is unsurpassed in its ability to penetrate into a deep seated Class A fire material. It will result in quicker knock down, less water used, less water damage, less heat generated, and less time in the overall stage. This will further reduce stress on valuable personnel and costly equipment. Tyre Fires: MicroBlaze Out can be used on tyre fires in a 1% solution. Its ability to increase the penetrating power of water and to cool the burning tyres make it an excellant product for this type of application. MicroBlaze Out has the ability to reduce the enormous negative impact that burning tyres have on the environment by extinguishing the fires rapidly, using less water, having much less runoff, and by having billions of hydrocarbon digesting microbes in each litre of this patented product. Hydrocarbon Spill Fires: MicroBlaze Out can be used on hydrocarbon spill fires at a 2% to 3% solution mixed in water. It is most effective when applied directly into the spill fire in an agitating motion. A 1 to 10 ratio mixture (1 Litre of MicroBlaze Out concentrate for each 10 Litres of spilled fuel on the fire) then diluted at 2% to 3% is required to render the fuels nonflammable and to bioremediate the remaining fuels. This dilution rate will also put the hydrocarbons into a digestible form for rapid degradation by the MicroBlaze microbes. 7

8 Industrial: MicroBlaze Out is the ideal product for use in situations where the primary concern is run off getting into the facility waste stream and going to the wastewater treatment plant. Its unique patented formulation of surfactants and microbes will degrade a wide range of hydrocarbon and organic materials. At a 2% to 3% mixture with water will extinguish Class A and Class B fires, control and eliminate dangerous vapours and spills, and will reduce the enormous expense of clean up associated with traditional foams and spill agents. Transportation Accidents: MicroBlaze Out mixed at 2% to 3% is ideal for use on motor vehicles, trucks, trains, farm equipment, aircraft, and other similar accidents involving many different types of chemical hydrocarbons. When used in the proper proportions it can quickly extinguish the fires associated with these types of instances. MicroBlaze Out can enhance emergency crew's ability to rapidly restore traffic flow through its ability to penetrate and emulsify the spill for rapid removal. Mining Information: MicroBlaze Out is an ideal product for use in the mining industry. When mixed at a 1/2% to 3% solution with water it can be used to extinguish fires, control dust, and help control run off. 9 Storage, Handling and Shelf Life MicroBlaze Out should be stored in its original shipping container or in tanks or other containers, which have been designed for such foam storage. The recommended storage temperature range for MicroBlaze Out is 2 0 C to 49 0 ºC. A shelf life of over 10 years can be expected. Foam concentrates are subject to evaporation which accelerates when the product is exposed to air. Storage tanks should be sealed and fitted with a pressure vacuum vent to prevent free exchange of air. MicroBlaze Out foam concentrate is not affected by freeze/thaw cycles and the firefighting characteristics will not be compromised. 9
