2 Privacy Notice and Consent Form Aramco Overseas Company UK Ltd. ( AOC UK ), a wholly owned subsidiary of Saudi Aramco Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) in Saudi Arabia, follows strict corporate guidelines to protect personal data of all candidates and to ensure compliance with local data protection regulations. In this notice, we inform you of the nature of the personal data held in the IBM Kenexa Recruitment Software System and our physical files and the purposes of the processing. We advise you to read this notice carefully. You will be asked to consent to our processing of your personal data for the purposes identified in this notice. Data Stored By AOC UK The information kept in the Kenexa system and physical files could include the following categories of personal data: Name; Address; Contact telephone numbers address Date and place of birth, marital status, partners and children (such data to be collected solely for visa purposes and for accommodation requirements); Nationality Religion (such data to be collected solely for visa purposes) Curriculum vitae and other employment application information; Letters of recommendation and references relating to past job performance Copies of your employment agreement and all related documents; Salary related data; Benefits information (e.g. related to health insurance, pension, disability); Education (diplomas, certificates, licenses etc.); Other information relating to your application and potential employment with Saudi Aramco; Other information needed or permitted under applicable law. 1

3 Sensitive Data The information we keep may include sensitive data when required for legal purposes such as, for example, visa application or compliance with Saudi Arabian employment, social security and national laws, or when relevant for specific functions. Sensitive data may include: Health Information; Behaviour Data (Including criminal/civil background); Data pertaining to passport restrictions (such as data to be collected solely for visa purposes and not to be used for any other reasons), The Purposes for Processing Data The personal information that you provide us is only kept and processed in connection with the recruitment procedure and related job application. Specific purposes for collecting, candidate data includes, but is not limited to: (1) identifying, screening, assessing, and selecting candidates to be considered for employment by Saudi Aramco; (2) verifying the truthfulness of candidate information through submitted and publically available information about the candidate; and (3) relocating candidates into the workforce of Saudi Aramco. The data generated in the system might be used for the creation of an employment agreement, if an offer is extended. If you become an employee of Saudi Aramco, your personal data will be governed by applicable law and by Company Policy which will be communicated to you in due time if an offer is extended. Access to Data Under applicable law, you have a right to access and rectify the personal data that you provide us as part of the recruitment process. 4 Handling of Your Personal Data Please note that we have limited the access to the personal data that you provide us with during the recruitment process to only the individuals within AOC UK, Saudi Aramco and its affiliates and service providers that need to know and need to have access to carry out their own function. In order to safeguard your data, we have agreements in place with the aforementioned service providers that have access to the data. Retention Information of unsuccessful applicants will be kept on file for a period of one year with consent of the applicant in case a position opens that meets their profile.
