Set public investment priorities and confirm funding commitments Work in collaboration with HRM and the Province to determine what is needed to fast track the constructionof of a newconvention centre. Identify construction projects or other investments that can be moved quickly with leveraged public investment or expedited approvals.

Complex new regulations affecting land and property development may impact future development of all types across the province.
