7 Audit Process This is an announced audit was conducted by CSR Solution Limited. There was 01 auditor, who assessed the facility s operations. The scope of this audit was based on one man-day 2 Pillar SMETA systems. Overview of opening & closing meeting, facility management responses Auditors entered the facility at AM on 18th April 2018 and conducted an opening meeting with facility management according to the ETI Base Code. Mr.H.Senthil Velu,, Executive Director was present in the meeting and he assured full co-operation to this audit. Worker Interview conducted at a private place and ensured the confidentiality and complaint mechanism. Worker share their views about the company freely and no seems fear. Workers understood the objective of this audit and they are fully co-operative during worker interview. Workers are aware of the Grievances procedure and suggestion boxes placed near the toilets. Small issues were discussed with supervisors and HR Department personnel and sorted out. Management practices open door policy and workers can meet the Top Management at any time during working hours. case of Harassment or abuse reported since inception. Company Management is very keen on workers safety and welfare. Site Summary :- The closing meeting started at 5:30 pm and corrective action plan was discussed.
