Organizational Changes Effective April 1, 2018 Reorganization of the, Corporate Strategy and Corporate HR & Risk Management We will integrate the Corporate Strategy and the Corporate HR & Risk Management and establish a Corporate Strategy in order to create a more agile organization. In addition, we will integrate the Office of Group CEO and the Global Finance Department and establish a Global Business Management Department under the new division. Reorganization of the, Japan Business We will transfer finance and accounting functions of the Finance & Accounting Department under the Japan Business to other departments under the division and to the Corporate Strategy in order to optimize the organization and increase organizational efficiency. Reorganization of the Suntory Beverage Solution, Sales & Marketing Tokai Hokuriku Area We will newly establish a Sales Planning Department under the Sales & Marketing Tokai Hokuriku Area in order to strengthen the sales and marketing organization. Reorganization of the Suntory Products We will consolidate planning functions in the Human Resources & Administration Department and the Engineering Department and abolish the Planning Department.
