1 JOB DESCRIPTION NESDCAP DBA GROW South Dakota 104 Ash St. E. Sisseton, SD Job Title: Marketing Administrator, Bookkeeper, Loan Processor Reports to: Chief Fiscal Officer Revision Date: March 1, 2017 Position Summary: Provide efficient support to the Housing Department, the Fiscal Office, and the total Agency. Bookkeeper: Preparation of bills for payment. Prepare vouchers, write purchase orders, review invoices, statements and all other required paperwork for accuracy and to prepare for fiscal payment. Entering vouchers into the accounting system and processing checks. Posting loan payments into Revolving Loan Servicing Software. Assisting with financial and program reporting monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually. Filing vouchers and maintaining program binders. Assisting with year-end Audit schedules. Assisting with year-end tax documents (1098, 1099). Assist in maintaining all the records and other tasks for the Agency. Tasks may include but not limited to: Prepare adjusting journal entries as needed, reconciling ledgers or bank statements. Marketing Make posters, prints ads, web images, brochures, and other marketing products. Responsible for creating news articles and success stories to distribute to news outlets. Manage online brand by sending monthly e-news via MailChimp, manage social media posts via Hootsuite, and work with GoldenShovel to maintain and update the website. Maintain relationships with marketing partners: radio stations and TV stations. Develop annual marketing plan and uphold brand standards across the agency. Participate and attend funder peer-marketing calls and groups. Order and maintain marketing items (pens, trinkets, banners, etc.) Collect and tally all marketing activities in the monthly CSBG report. Loan Processing Assist with compiling and updating all types of loans and lending inquiries. Process applications, send and follow up with correspondence, verify income, data input, set up and maintain individual client folders and determine if proper documentation is in the file Work in conjunction with other lending institutions, county, state or other regulatory entities, closing agents regarding housing lending program requirements. Provide support to team members in all aspects of housing lending including, intake, processing, closing and credit underwriting areas. Work Relationships and Scope: Reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer. Other Duties & Responsibilities: Attend program related seminars, workshops, conferences, training and/or other job related training sessions, as assigned by the CFO, CEO, or COO. Become familiar with program standards and guidelines. Stay abreast of changes/modifications in the various programs. Must have good decision and problem solving skills that will accurately reflect outcomes for work to be considered for various housing related items that will meet state standards or other funding and/or agency EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ORGANIZATION

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid driver s license. Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident alien. Time management practices are necessary in all aspects of work. Knowledge of accounting and use of Quickbooks. Knowledge and fluent in the use of Microsoft office, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Publisher, Social Media, Internet as well as graphic design software. Working Conditions: Work is performed largely in a pleasant office environment. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours and average at least 40 hours a week. There will be some variation in work hours due to special projects, deadlines, and other concerns. Occasional out-of-town and overnight business travel is required for business and education, by air and auto.
