3 Volunteer Interests Please check all areas in which you are interested in volunteering: Volunteer Opportunities: Community Relations Volunteers are needed to help with establishing community connections and set up for speaking engagements, guest luncheons, as well as our various meetings. Facility Maintenance If you are a handy-man, we have jobs for you! Volunteers are needed to help with general maintenance at our facility. Fundraising and Special Event Teams - We have major fundraisers, mini events as well as monthly meetings throughout the year. These teams are needed for planning, coordinating and executing events as well as making sure each event is closed out and a debrief has been documented for the following years event manual. Procurement Team Year round procurement of donated items needed for various TDP events. To be part of this team requires people self-confident, excellent communicators and dedicated to TDP s mission. Project Development Team In order to continue making a substantial impact on the war against sexual exploitation, The Demand Project continues to develop integral programs to assists with community awareness/ prevention, assisting law enforcement with rescuing victims and helping trafficking victims become survivors. We need volunteers who have some experience in each of those areas (either as an educational background or through personal and/or professional experience) plus administrative skills to help in developing these proactive programs. Office Administration Help TDP take care of business! Volunteers are needed to help with filing, typing, data entry, phone calls, mailings, and other administrative tasks. Professional Assistance This position requires a person with strong organizational skills, good communication skills, and must be dependable, productive, prompt and self motivated. Ability to multi-task and stay focused on the big picture while addressing daily issues. Knowledge base required for this position: Creating Word and Google documents, experience in Windows 8 and intermediate clerical skills etc Newsletter Writer -- The Demand Project sends out a monthly newsletter to supporters throughout the United States. We need creative writers and basic graphic designers to head this monthly project. Social Media Team Creative social media teams that launch effective and relevant anti-trafficking awareness campaigns (videos, pictures, clips, etc.) that aid in effectively combating sexual exploitation. 3

Further, The Demand Project will not provide any benefits traditionally associated with employment in return for the volunteer services provided. 6 Volunteer Confidentiality Agreement I, the undersigned, in consideration of my employment with The Demand Project, hereby agree to the following Confidentiality Agreement. I understand that I may be given access to confidential and/or proprietary information to the extent necessary in order to perform my duties as a volunteer for The Demand Project. I shall not, at any time either during or subsequent to my employment at The Demand Project, make unauthorized disclosures or unauthorized use of any information that is considered to be proprietary or confidential by The Demand Project. Proprietary information includes, but is not limited to, all information, data, reports, analyses, processes, know-how, designs, plans, marketing data, business plans and strategies, negotiations and contracts, research, and volunteer, donor or vendor lists, compilations, trade secrets, and confidential information, whether in written, oral or electronic form. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, any personal information of any The Demand Project employee, volunteer, agency partner, or donor, whether in written, oral or electronic form. All employer records and information relating to The Demand Project or its volunteers, agency partners, and donors are confidential and I will treat all matters accordingly. This includes any information protected under any applicable state or federal privacy law. No Demand Projectrelated information, including without limitation, documents, notes, files, records, oral information, computer files or similar materials (except in the ordinary course of performing duties on behalf of The Demand Project) may be removed from The Demand Project premises without permission from my supervisor. Additionally, the contents of The Demand project s records or information otherwise obtained in regard to business may not be disclosed to anyone, except where required for an authorized business purpose and/or required by law. I will not disclose any confidential information, purposefully or inadvertently (through casual conversation), to any unauthorized person inside or outside The Demand Project. If I am unsure about the confidential nature of specific information, I will ask my supervisor for clarification before disclosing information. I agree that monetary damages would not be a sufficient remedy for any breach of this agreement by me, and that, in addition to all other remedies, The Demand Project shall be entitled to seek (a) specific performance and (b) injunctive or other equitable relief as a remedy for any such breach, and I further agree to waive any requirement for any 6

When I leave The Demand Project, I will return all of The Demand Project-related information and property that I have in my possession, including without limitation documents, files, records, manuals, information stored on a personal computer, personal data assistant or computer disk, supplies, and equipment or office supplies.
