Position Management/PCN UAccess Employee Post Position in UA Careers Search Committee Activities Offer Letter Must add two paragraphs from CBS Web Site. Initiate New Hire For Selected Candidate Uaccess Employee Employee receives electronic information from Workforce Systems in the if provided on application New employee must complete section 1 of the electronic or paper I9 before their first day of work. Hiring department must complete section 2 of electronic or paper I9 within three days of employee start date. Department must Fed Ex copies of documents to CALS Business Services for off campus sites. Insure the new hire is in the system. Time will vary depending the activity of the year.
