2 TERMS & CONDITIONS Prices All prices are list prices and are subject to change without notice. The prices in effect at the time of shipment will prevail. Possession of this price list or any other literature shall not imply the company's willingness to sell to the holder and shall not be construed as a direct offer of sale. Payment Terms With approved credit, terms are 1% 10 days, Net 30 days from date of invoice. Past due accounts are subject to interest at the maximum rate permitted by law. Design The right is reserved by HAT Contract to make changes in design and material, as well as discontinuance of parts and units when such action is deemed to be an improvement in design, function and/or construction. To Order Specify model number, quantity, finish and all other applicable information. Orders will be acknowledged with a HAT Contract order acknowledgment form. In the event that an error is made in the production of your product, our acknowledgment will be used as the resolution document. Packaging Most products ship KD and require assembly. Change Orders Orders which have entered any stage of production may not be changed. All changes on customer orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not accepted until acknowledged by HAT Contract. In the event revision is accepted, change fees may apply. UL / GREENGUARD GOLD Certified HAT bases have been tested and meet all indoor air quality standards for VOC emissions. UL 962 / CE / TUV Markings HAT bases meet UL testing standards. ANSI/BIFMA HAT Contract products within this price list generally meet or exceed applicable BIFMA and ANSI standards. LEED CREDITS HAT bases qualify for a variety of LEED credits. (See Cancellations and Returns Orders already in production may not be cancelled unless pre-authorized in writing by HAT Contract. Charges may be incurred for the entire amount of the order. Authorized merchandise returns must be approved prior to the arrival of any goods at our dock. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus return freight charges. Product must be returned in original cartons in "as new" condition. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted by HAT Contract. Claim Policy It is the purchaser s responsibility to examine goods upon receipt and to notify HAT Contract s customer service with any concerns. Any claims against HAT Contract for apparent defects, errors or shortages must be made by the purchaser within five (5) working days after any delivery. Failure by the purchaser to make any claim against HAT Contract within (5) days shall constitute acceptance of the goods and waiver of any apparent defects, errors or shortages. 1 January 11, 2019 v.1.4

3 TERMS & CONDITIONS Freight Damage HAT Contract is not responsible for damage that occurred in transit or during storage. Before accepting a shipment from the carrier customer should carefully review the packing list and inspect the quantity and condition of the items. For any external damage, customer should document all damage on the Bill of Lading and request a carrier inspection of the product. Concealed damage must be reported to the Carrier and HAT Contract in writing, within 48 hours of delivery. In the event of damage, customer shall accept the order and contact Customer Service for issue resolution. We will take all reasonable measures to assist customers in resolving claims for loss or damage. Freight Terms Products are shipped F.O.B. shipping point with freight costs and handling fees prepaid (unless other shipping arrangements have been made). See Freight Zone Map for more information. Freight is prepaid to Port of Seattle for shipments to Alaska. Freight is prepaid to Port of Oakland for shipments to Hawaii. Orders under $ net will have a freight surcharge. HAT Contract reserves the right to charge the customer for non-standard customer delivery requirements. These may include special requests for lift gates, appointment delivery, residential delivery, inside delivery, etc. For information concerning these charges, please contact Customer Service. Routing Standard courier shipments are made via common carrier, unless otherwise specified by customer. Special routing requests made by the customer may result in additional charges to the purchaser. All LTL/full-trailer shipments are dock-to-dock & are scheduled to depart Monday through Friday between 7AM and 2PM. HAT Contract shipments are not guaranteed. Should you require guaranteed service please contact Customer Service. We will work to arrange a specific delivery timetable with the carrier, charges may apply. Will Call orders will have a confirmed pick up date. Customers will have three (3) business days from notification to pick up their order. If the order is not picked up within this time frame, storage charges may apply. 4 TERMS & CONDITIONS Warranty HAT Bases: frames are warranted for their lifetime. electrical and mechanical components are warranted for 7 years. Pedestals are warranted for their lifetime Pedestal Cushions are warranted for 2 years. Work Surfaces & Dividers are warranted for 5 years. Work Surface & Divider exclusions include: normal wear and tear, which are to be expected over the course of ownership; damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism, accident, disaster, improper storage, chemical damage, water or fire; damage caused by the carrier in-transit, which will be handled as claims against the carrier; modifications or attachments to the product that are not approved by the Company or use of a product in combination with products or equipment not appropriate for that product; products that were not installed, used or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings; causes external to a product such as use of improper cleaning supplies or environmental factors; products which have been modified or altered, repaired or refurbished by someone other than the company. Keyboard trays: mechanism is warranted for 5 years wrist rest is warranted for 1 year The company will repair or replace, at its option, without charge to the original purchaser only, defective products or parts from normal use. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. If your product fails during normal use within the applicable warranty period, please contact warranty@hatcontract.com, with a description of the relevant part, together with proof of purchase of the product. HAT Power & Data Beam / HAT Benching Warranty HAT Contract warrants that all beam related products will be free from defects in its material and workmanship, as described below, for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. 17 BENCHING HOW TO ORDER The HAT Benching System was designed to be very simple and easy to specify, order and install. To specify just follow these simple steps: 1. Specify a Dual Benching Unit for either a 48", 60" or 72" surface. - This unit includes 2 standard range bases (adjust from 27.25" " high) with adjustable glides, 2 horizontal connector bars, a Power Beam and Power Trac with Jumper Connector 2. Specify the Duplex Receptacles, Power Feed type (base or ceiling) and Power Pole (see page 16) 3. Specify a Connector Beam - The 11.25" Beam is used to connect a Dual Benching Unit to an adjoining Dual Benching Unit or a Power Pole 4. Specify optional Cable Management Tray (see page 15) 5. Specify optional Beam Mounted Dividers (see page 18-20) 6.
