5 brilliantly simple features... Common in Europe, but not very widely known in Australia, the T-Glide system s clever lateral thinking makes it the best choice for most hard copy filing needs. All files hang from a central rail making the labelled edge always straight. Files and misfiles are much easier to find at a glance. (See photo at left) Files don t sag and become worn from leaning on their spines. our systems are flexible, practical and easy to use. When you need to grow or shrink the system, you can push files along the rail to make space, rather than shuffling them in and out. Lateral systems also save a lot of floor space. Not only can you can fit more files into this configuration; the open drawer space that 2-4 drawer cabinets take up is conveniently eliminated. A wide variety of file folders are available. Slim, bulky, A3, plan size and CD hangers are just some of the folder options - all hanging from the same central rail system. The files can all be fitted with document clips, so suspension file and manilla folder become one. This saves on disposable paper product, additional purchase of manilla folders, and space. The T-Glide folders are made from extremely durable, dense manilla material and are made to be re-used again and again. Simply overlay the labels. 5

7 the T-Glide hook The T-Glide hook is the secret to the inherent neatness of this system. It locks the file in place from the centre. To remove, simply push, pivot, and pull out. colour coded files Standard Print or made to order with your own print format, including your company logo. We provide a range of coloured edges for your files, should you wish to categorise your system for at-a-glance ease of use. Desk stand label protectors Our manilla is a high quality dense paper, making it very hard wearing and re-usable. A handy fold back flap on the file helps secure loose documents. Col r tab labels have a skirt on the exterior laminate, and are scored to split along the outer edge where they fold. Col r tab labels the Jalema clip With T-Glide smart dividers, you can customize inside your files to suit your needs. The slimmer profile of the Jalema clip means that in a larger installation, you get metres of additional space. PLAIN COLOUR LABELS: Dispensers of 500 or packets of 100. The shelf file box is a great alternative to T-Glide when activity is low and files will not have a life of more than 12 months. Much better than a toast rack as individual boxes allow easy insertion within the system. 8

9 housing options Compare the floor space savings between a set of drawer cabinets and a lateral filing system. The largest of our cupboards holds the equivalent of 2.4 four drawer filing cabinets with flexible, receding lockable doors that do not take up floor space when opened. The cupboards can be fitted with a combination of shelves, files and computer data storage fittings. Available dimensions are 500mm deep x 1200mm wide by either 1000, 1400, 1600 or 2000 high. The open bay cupboard is an inexpensive option. They can be individually free standing or built into a bank or utilised within the Denstor system to save even more space. Standard size is 2175mm high x 900mm wide and 430mm deep. Ladder racks (pictured on page 4 in the Woolworth s installation in combination with open bays) offer flexibility of length with easy, fast erection. The system allows files to pass right past uprights providing long, unbroken runs of files. Available in 6 or 7 levels. The ladder rack erects quickly and enables long runs of files to move past the uprights. Tip: Always look for a tilt protection device that is NOT merely a wedge.
