5 3.0 Labor Category Descriptions Labor Categories Chimera Enterprises International (CEI) Descriptions Project Manager Experience: At least 8 years of direct supervision of technical personnel involved in engineering and/or technical efforts in support of complex systems or processes. Must be capable of leading projects that involve the successful management of teams composed of engineers, scientists, and management and technical professionals who have been involved in analyzing, designing, developing, integrating, training, testing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining complex systems. Duties: Performs day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations. Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of all contract support activities. Demonstrates written and oral communication skills. Establishes and alters (as necessary) corporate management structure to direct effective contract support activities. Functional Expert Consultant, Level III Experience: This position requires at least 8 years of experience in the appropriate area. Duties: Provides task unique functional expertise necessary to interpret requirements, ensure responsiveness and achieve successful performance. May include subject matter and unique technical knowledge. Assists engineering, training, exercise, analytical, scientific, intelligence, construction, facilities and/or logistics staff with the analysis, evaluation, design, and implementation of systems, resources, methods, processes, analytical, or engineering related tasks. Functional Expert Consultant, Level II Experience: This position requires at least 5 years of experience in the appropriate area. Duties: Provides task unique functional expertise necessary to interpret requirements, ensure responsiveness and achieve successful performance. May include subject matter and unique technical knowledge. Assists engineering, training, exercise, analytical, scientific, intelligence, construction, facilities and/or logistics staff with the analysis, evaluation, design, and implementation of systems, resources, methods, processes, analytical, or engineering related tasks. Logistics Analyst II Duties: Assesses/represents user logistics requirements, to include preventive maintenance planning; document logistics plans, processes, procedures, analyses, and periodic reports; conducts field problem analysis, designs distribution plans, defines standard parts fielding packages; plans and executes Total Package Fielding to ensure logistics support accompanies systems as they are fielded; develops/monitors logistics budgets, implements logistics systems, applies generic logistics processes to specific applications; performs contingency planning, global resource identification for logistics sources/inventories/processes. 3

8 Labor Categories Descriptions Education: Associates Degree Experience: At least 8 years experience maintaining similiar equipment or managememtn and /or planning of similar facilites. Facility Engineer Duties: Plans and programs architectural construction. Works with clients/customers, translating user functional requirements into facility requirements. Experience in the relocation of organizations, including site surveys and the development of construction requirements. Familiar with construction standards, Federal Government guide specifications. Familiar with regulations regarding construction, alteration, repair and maintenance of real property assets. Performs ongoing and scheduled maintenance and repair of building structures and mechanical, electrical and sanitary systems as well as related machinery and equipment with little or no supervision. Provides leadership and guidance to lower level employees. Supervise other, less experienced, technicians. Education: High School Experience: At least 2 years of experience maintaining similiar equipment. Technician I Duties: Maintain and support operational systems without supervision. Installs, maintains, and operates electronic equipment. Implements system testing and preventive maintenance programs. Performs routine technical integration functions related to the support of the development of engineering activities such as set-up, operation, maintenance, modification, circuit testing, calibration and trouble shooting and repair of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, experimental design circuitry, prototype models or specialized test equipment. Works from the following: schematics, logic diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts, and plans. Both installation and maintenance technicians are responsible for providing end user training. Technicians may be responsible for conduit, cable and fiber optic infrastructure removal and installation. Performs testing troubleshooting, aligning and adjusting of complete electronic and computer systems, equipment, or components. Experience in performing field installation, troubleshooting, repair and on-site operation and maintenance of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical systems, plumbing systems and/or subsystems and components, along with associated software and data/communication networks. Works independently to install, operate, maintain, troubleshoot and/or repair highly complex mechanical, electronic, plumbing or integrated systems. Applies working technical knowledge to perform routine or complex tasks in troubleshooting and repairing equipment and performing such activities as taking test measurements, performing test/calibration procedures, observing results, and recording information for evaluation. Possesses technical knowledge and experience to solve complex problems and trains end users.
