Its T shaped aesthetic profile with unseen perforations and available in two different designs (open inner profile or closed by means of the clinch system) and various thicknesses, as well as a wide range of metallic shelves sizes, make it a new type of shelf with an accurate design and the highest functionality. The Easyrack Evolution Shelving does not need any bolts for its assembly, but only V long beams on the upper and lower levels, which accounts for its competitive price and its extraordinary simplicity of assembly. Its flawless finish in fire-proof microtextured epoxi-polyester paint and careful design in which, above all, the convenience and easy use have been taken into account, make it the best choice to equip offices and warehouses with the possibility of evolving into mobile archive shelving. BOLT-FREE Easy assembly The Easyrack Evolution shelving is the new bolt-free storage system that KIMER has developed for manual loading. Its parts are T shaped T-50 vertical profiles on which the various load levels are fitted. Their number of references has been increased, as 1.2 and 1.5 mm. thick T-50 profiles are now available, as well as 25 and 50 mm. pitches. The assembly system of the load levels is the following: 1. To give the shelf stability and rigidness, two levels of EV long beams must be fitted (one on the lower level and one on the upper) when the shelf is up to 2 m. high and 3 levels when the shelf is 3 m. high. 2. On the rest of the levels it is enough with fitting the EV extendable supports for Easyrack Evolution. Finally, the new Easyrack Evolution shelves, both on the beams as on the extendable supports. The absence of any type of additional bracings such as St Andrew s Cross has to be emphasized. This facilitates the access and makes its assembly easier.

5 Description, quality and finish of the main components VE long beams: horizontal elements to give the shelf longitudinal and cross rigidity and stability. They are used as the metallic shelves support on their respective levels. Moulded in V shape, it is made of a 2 mm. steel deflection. In the painted shelf option, the steel used is S-235 quality, according to the EN regulation, which guarantees a minimum elastic limit of 235 N/mm 2 and a breaking limit of 360/510 N/mm 2 with a 19% minimum elongating percentage. Paint finish by means of continuous process with light grey MICROTEXTURED RAL epoxy-polyester M1 type fire-proof paint. The pre-galvanized shelf option, is a DX 51 quality pre-galvanized steel with a coat of DZ-275 according to the EN regulation, which guarantees a minimum elastic limit of 235 N/mm 2 a breaking limit of 270 N/mm 2 and a 22% minimum elongating percentage. EV metallic shelves: horizontal superficial elements displayed to make the load levels surface, on which the stored goods are placed. EV Extendable supports: asymmetric angle elements displayed to support the metallic shelves, four on each level. Made by press diecut from 1.5mm thick steel. The steel used is pre-galvanized of DX 51 DZ-275 quality, according to the EN regulation, which guarantees a minimum elastic limit of 140 N/mm 2 and a breaking limit of 270 N/mm 2 with a 22% minimum elongating percentage. 6 Easyrack Evolution Profiles: Versatility and aesthetics These are the elements in charge of supporting the load levels. Back and front perforated profiles all along. Moulded in T shape, they are made by steel deflection. Quality S-235 steel according to the EN norm for the painted shelf option. DX 51 pre-galvanized steel with a DZ-275 coat according to EN regulation for the pre-galvanized shelf option. Minimum elastic limit of 235 N/mm 2 for both options. Breaking limit of 360 N/mm 2 for the painted shelf option and 270 N/mm 2 for the pre-galvanized option. Painted finish by means of continuous process with class M1 light grey fire-proof RAL-5023 epoxy-polyester microtextured paint or pre-galvanized finish, depending on the option. The basic concept of the Mobile Shelving is to use all the wasted space in bays by making the sections of the shelves compact thanks to the moving carts that slide shelves to have access to the stored load. They feature the traditional classifying shelves fixed on mobile bases with railings to enhance their storage capacity and reduce the volume occupied by the stored goods. By means of the previous meshing and definitions of the adequate contour conditions the simulation of the parts and assembly is carried out to obtain the results of the calculations and, thus, be able to measure and optimize our storage systems.
