1 Terms and Conditions for Purchase Forwarding Service 3.1. Definitions In these terms and conditions: a. "Service provider" and "we" indicate Dolphi Couriers Ltd and all other companies participating in the process of forwarding purchases from the United Kingdom. b. "Client", "recipient" and "customer" indicate the person or company ordering the forwarding of a purchase from the United Kingdom. c. "Sender" generally indicates the e-shop from which the service provider obtains the goods intended for forwarding to the recipient. d. "Shipment" indicates a parcel, letter, document or cargo intended for forwarding to the recipient. e. "Pick-up location" indicates the address from which the service provider forwards shipments from the United Kingdom. f. "Drop-off location" indicates an address specified by the client at which the service provider is obligated to deliver the shipment to the recipient. g. "Fee" indicates a monetary sum intended to defray the fees for provision of the service of forwarding a shipment from the United Kingdom to the recipient. h. "Our website" indicates the website at or Services We provide two basic services: "Individual shipment" - receipt and subsequent forwarding of individual parcels to the recipient, and "Virtual mailbox" - acceptance, storage, consolidation and forwarding of shipments to the recipient. Individual shipment service allows for the acceptance of individual parcels at our warehouse and the subsequent forwarding of them to the recipient during the next shipping interval. The individual shipment service does not provide for parcel consolidation, meaning that every parcel received at our warehouse will be forwarded as we receive it. In the event that the sender sends a single order in multiple parcels and the client is using the individual shipment service, each parcel thus received will be sent from the United Kingdom as an individual shipment and the individual parcels cannot be combined into a single

2 shipment. The virtual mailbox service enables, for the period of prepayment, the acceptance of an unlimited number of parcels, storage of them during the period of prepayment for this service, the subsequent consolidation of the individual parcels according to the client's wishes and the forwarding of the shipments to the recipient. Those interested in the purchase forwarding service are obligated to register at our website. Based on this registration, clients will be assigned a "virtual address" with an identification number that they are obligated to use in dispatching shipments to our warehouse Shipment Characteristics Parcels and shipments received at our warehouse have no dimensional or weight limits. The following items, however, cannot be accepted at our warehouse: i. Alcoholic beverages; ii. Cigarettes and tobacco; iii. Weapons, replica weapons, ammunition; iv. Medications and drugs; v. Hazardous, flammable, self-igniting and explosive substances; vi. Chemicals, radioactive material; vii. Poisonous, infectious and other substances which might threaten the life or health of people on the roadways during transport; viii. Fluids not adequately sealed in leak-proof containers; ix. Plants; x. Foodstuffs coming quickly upon their use-by date and foodstuffs demanding special transport conditions; xi. Banknotes, coins, activated payment and other monetary cards, cheques; xii. Motorcycles, scooters, four-wheelers; b. We are able to forward the items below only under the condition that, in the event of damage to them, no compensation shall be paid for such items. Anyone sending such items via our service thus does so at their own risk. i. Fragile items such as (for example) mirrors, stemware, dishes, ceramics, vases and other products made of or containing glass or ceramic; ii. Precious stones, precious metals and products made with or of them; iii. Artwork, antiques, collections, stamps; iv. Electronics without their original packaging and without polystyrene protective

3 elements; v. Pictures (framed or unframed); vi. Fishing poles not packed in cardboard tubes; vii. Bicycles not in cardboard boxes; viii. Buggies/prams not in cardboard boxes; ix. Car seats not in cardboard boxes; x. Furniture or parts thereof, not packed in cardboard boxes; xi. Sofas, sofa sets; xii. Plastic toys not in cardboard boxes; xiii. Other items which, due to their form, contents or other properties are not adequately packed; xiv. Shipments with a value exceeding GBP10, Shipment Acceptance at the Warehouse We will only accept shipments dispatched from senders in the United Kingdom and other EU countries. In the event that a shipment has a country of origin outside the EU and is assessed duty or VAT, the client shall be obligated to remit such at our request. Every parcel and shipment must be marked with the customer's name and the identification number assigned to the customer upon registration at our website. We accept parcels and shipments at our warehouse on working days from 9:00am to 5:00pm. After acceptance at the warehouse, all parcels are weighed and labelled, and information about every parcel is entered into our system. The customer is then informed of receipt of the parcel via an automated Unidentifiable Shipments We consider parcels for which a recipient cannot be identified (meaning that the parcels do not display assigned identification numbers and customer names) as unidentifiable shipments. We will store such shipments for a maximum of 30 days. Customers who have not received messages in their accounts regarding the receipt of their parcels by the expected delivery date should contact us quickly in order to check whether their parcels may have been labelled as unidentifiable shipments.

4 3.6. Opening of Shipments The service provider reserves the right to open a shipment even without the client's consent if the shipment cannot be identified due to a lack of identifying marks. All clients making use of the virtual mailbox service automatically consent to their shipments being opened for consolidation, meaning the combination of individual parcels into one or more shipments Shipment Storage No storage is possible with the individual shipment service and received shipments must be forwarded during the next shipping interval. Should the customer not permit the shipment to be forwarded during the next shipping interval, a storage fee will begin being billed according to the current price list. With the virtual mailbox service, storage is possible during the pre-payment period for the box. Should the virtual mailbox prepayment lapse and the customer not permit the shipment to be forwarded, a storage fee will begin being billed automatically Destruction or Sale of Shipment by Service Provider We reserve the right to destroy or sell shipments which cannot be identified and which nobody claims after a period of 30 days from receipt at our warehouse. We may sell (and thus satisfy our our debt claims for our services) or destroy shipments where the storage period has exceeded 30 days in the case of the individual shipment service or after the prepayment period expires in the case of the virtual mailbox service. For packages which have been shipped from our warehouse to the recipient but the recipient has not made timely payment for our services and the delivery of the shipment has been suspended, a 10-day period shall begin to elapse after which if payment for our services has not been made in the full amount the shipment will be returned to the service provider and sold or destroyed Transport We provide for the transport of shipments from our warehouse to the recipient by means of another of our services, shipment transport from the United Kingdom to the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

5 That service is provided based on our terms and conditions for transport and moving Fees and Payment of Fees The fees for our services are calculated automatically by our system according to the price list published on our website. Payment for our services may be made via the following methods: PayPal, Bank transfer to a bank account in the United Kingdom, Bank transfer to a bank account in the Czech Republic, or Bank transfer to a bank account in Slovakia. Payment for our services must be made no later than one working day prior to the delivery of the shipment to the recipient; otherwise, delivery of the shipment will be suspended Liability for Damages We shall assume no liability for damages caused by an error on the part of the sender (incorrect items in a parcel, missing items in a parcel). We shall assume no liability for damages caused by inadequate packing of a shipment Right of Lien We have a right of lien against all shipments for which we have not received payment from the client, and shall retain such right until such time as all of the client's obligations to us are satisfied Complaints The client has the right to lodge a complaint against us in the event that we make a mistake and the recipient receives a shipment which does not belong to them due to our error. The client also has the right to lodge a complaint against us should damage to or loss of a shipment occur. For other matters regarding complaints, the provisions of 2.14 of our terms and conditions for the transport and moving service shall apply.

6 3.14. Concluding Provisions for Purchase Forwarding Service a. These terms and conditions form an indivisible part of a commercial relationship into which the client and the service provider have entered voluntarily. This commercial relationship shall be governed by the applicable law of the United Kingdom during the existence of the commercial relationship. b. These terms and conditions shall enter into effect on and shall remain in effect until withdrawn. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time.
