1 LEAN CUSTOMER VALIDATION WORKSHOP #1: FINDING YOUR CUSTOMER Students will brainstorm and make assumptions about the people that are most likely to buy their product or service. They will complete a customer profile that identifies their customers emotional and functional needs, and start looking for places where they can find these customers. 3 WORKSHOP #2: VALUE PROPOSITION DESIGN Having validated customer profiles and identified where to find them, students will begin working on their product or service offering. The product/service offering will articulate how students are meeting customers functional and emotional needs. 5 WORKSHOP #3: DECIDING WHAT TO PUT ON YOUR LANDING PAGE Students will create a landing page to gauge customer interest in their product/service offering. Students will generate a product statement that they will use to guide them in assembling content for the landing page. 5 Lean Startup Customer Validation
