Area of application For all deliveries from MIA Anna Margańska (hereinafter: MIA) to consumers apply these terms and conditions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can be attributed mainly either their commercial or their independent vocational activity. 2. Contractor The purchase contract is concluded with the company MIA Anna Margańska, Street: gen. Władysława Sikorskiego 33, Trzcianka. You can contact our customer service for questions and complaints on working weekdays from 8:00 until 15:00 under the telephone number (+48) or by info@mia-manu.com. 3. Offers and Contracts 3.1 The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an offer. Errors excepted. 3.2 By clicking the button "Buy now" you add a binding offer to purchase the goods listed on the order side. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your offer with the confirmation via immediately after receiving your offer. 4. Withdrawal 4.1 Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is one month from the date on which you or a third party indicated by you has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement (eg a letter consigned by post, telephone or ) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

If you make use of this option, we will provide you with immediate confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal. To safeguard the withdrawal period it is enough that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right before the end of the withdrawal period. Consequences of the right of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments which we received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different method of delivery than offered by us - cheapest standard delivery), immediately and not later than within fourteen days from the date on which we have received the notification about your withdrawal of this contract with us. We can withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever date is the earlier. For the repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will be calculated to you the fees account of this repayment. You have to return the goods or to pass immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us about the withdrawal of this contract to us (at the above mentioned address). The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You carry the direct costs of returning the goods. Please send back only sufficiently stamped packages. With packages with unpaid shipping we will deduct the postage charged by the post and extra postage from the refund. You just have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if the value loss is due to an unnecessary use of them to test the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. 4.2 Grounds for exclusion The right does not apply to contracts: - The supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for their production of an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. - The supply of goods if they were mixed after delivery due to their nature inseparably with other goods. - The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene, if

3 their seal was removed after delivery. 4.3 Please avoid damage and contamination. Send the product as possible in original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components to us. Use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure a suitable package for adequate protection from damage during transport in order to prevent damage claims because of damage due from inadequate packaging. 4.4 Send the goods as a prepaid package, please return it to us and keep the delivery note. We will reimburse you also in advance the cost of postage, unless they are to be paid by you. 4.5 Please call us before returning on telephone number (+48) to announce the return. In this way, you allow us the fastest possible assignment of the products. 4.6 Please note that the arrangements referred to in paragraphs 4.3 to 4.5 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal. 5. Return costs when exercised the right of withdrawal. You carry the direct costs of returning the goods. 6. Prices and shipping costs 6.1 The prices mentioned on the product pages include VAT and other price components. 6.2 Delivery inside the European Union is free. 7. Delivery 7.1 The delivery is only in the EU with UPS. 7.2 The delivery period is to 5 working days. On any different delivery times, we point to the product page. 8. Payment 8.1 The payment will be made either in advance or with PayPal. 8.2 With the advance payment, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation and we will deliver the goods after payment.

4 9. Copyright 9.1 All image rights belong to MIA and are protected by copyright. Any use, dissemination and use of the pictures without the express permission of MIA is not permitted. 9.2 In the case of copyright infringement of MIA, the rights holder reserves to enforce the right to damages against unauthorized third parties. 10. Reservation of ownership Until full payment the goods remain our property. 11. Additional Information 11.1 Order procedure If you have found the desired product, you can give this to your shopping cart without obligation by clicking the button "Buy Now". The content of the shopping you can see all times without obligation by clicking the button "Preview Shopping". The products can be removed from the shopping cart all times by clicking the button "Delete". If you want to buy the products in your cart, click the button "Pay". Please enter your details. The mandatory fields are marked in bold. Registration is not necessary. Your data will be encrypted. By clicking the button "Buy" you complete the ordering process. The process can be always canceled by closing the browser window. We use the data you provide to fulfill and process your order. A transfer of your data is in keeping with the shipping company, to the extent necessary to deliver the goods. For the settlement of payments we pass your payment data if necessary to our bank. A transfer of your data to any other third parties or used for advertising purposes does not take place. With completion of the contract and complete payment your data will be blocked and deleted after the tax and commercial storage periods. We secure our website and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons. Despite regular checks, a complete protection against all dangers is not possible. After the Data Protection Act you have a right to free information about your stored data, and a right to rectification, blocking or deletion of this data.
