3 For Safe Usage Before using the Aroma Shooter, please carefully read this content for safe usage. The precautions noted here are to help you use our product (Aroma Shooter and Aroma Cartridge) correctly, and are intended to prevent accidents, such as injuries or damage to property, for our customers as well as others. Please read the text after fully understanding the content. Also, please make sure to keep this instruction manual in a convenient place in case you need immediate assistance in resolving questions regarding the product. These describe the different degrees of harm or damage that could result from improper use of the product without following the instructions.! DANGER! WARNING! 4 For Safe Usage! DANGER Do not disassemble, modify, or repair the product. Do not bring the USB connection terminal to contact with metals, such as wire. Do not put into fire, or heat the product. Do not use the product near fire, under high temperature, or in hot and humid place such as the bathroom. Do not leave a child unattended with the product, and avoid usage of the product near infants. 4

5 For Safe Usage! WARNING To avoid accidental ingestion and misuse, do not leave the product near young children or infants. If you accidentally swallow the Aroma Cartridge, immediately contact a doctor. Be sure to bring the box of Aroma Cartridge with you. Those with chemical sensitivity (CS) must avoid usage. Immediately stop usage of the product incases symptoms of allergies, such as itchiness of the eye, or a runny nose. In case the Aroma Cartridge is damages, do not directly touch the product with your hands. If the content enters your eyes, rinse with plenty of clean water, and immediately contact a doctor. Be sure to bring the box of Aroma Cartridge with you. Avoid give a strong impact, stabbing with needles, hitting with hammers, trampling, or dropping of the product. Do not use when the USB cord is damaged, or when the USB connection terminal is loose. Do not block or clog the exhaust nozzle and inlet. 5

6 For Safe Usage! WARNING Do not place the product on unstable locations, such a wobbly or inclined surface. Do not spray towards the eye of people or pets. Do not use in locations with rapid change in temperature. Do not use in places with many or unstable vibrations.! CAUTION Immediately stop usage if you notice any abnormalities, such as unusual odors, sounds, or smoke. Do not place objects on top of the product. Avoid usage of the product in a closed space for a prolonged period of time. Do not use for any purpose other than aroma ejection. Do not bring your eye close to the Ejecting nozzle. 6

7 Precautions in Use Please immediately stop using the product, if you feel any abnormalities. Do not use the product for a prolonged of time inside a small, closed space. It is possible that you can no longer feel the aroma (cause olfactory adaptation or olfactory fatigue) after an extended period of use. For a prolonged usage, please continue to replace the room air. Also, regarding the ejection time and amount (density), adjust to the proper amount according to the usage. After opening the Aroma Cartridge, use it within approximately one year. (For the Aroma Cartridges consisting of citrus essential, use within approximately six months.) The ejection can weaken if the filter becomes dirty. In such cases, please replace the filter with the extras that come with the product. It is recommended that you disconnect the product from the USB port when you are not going to use the product for a prolonged period of time. Please disconnect the USB cable when cleaning the product. Also, do not wipe the exterior of the product with benzene, paint thinner, or synthetic detergents. Also, avoid, use of electrical contact cleaner. This risks not only an exterior degradation, but a dissolution as well. Be cautions for usage during pregnancy. 7

8 Precautions in Use When storing the Aroma Cartridge, separate each cartridge inside tightly sealed containers (such as an aluminum bag) to avoid mixing of aromas, oxidation, and volatilization. Avoid areas with direct sunlight, high temperature, or high humidity, and store the product in a cool and dark space. It is possible that the aroma does not fully transmit outdoors. In places with an intense turbulence of air, such as in front of a fan, or under the air conditioner, it is possible that the performance of the product cannot be sufficiently achieved. Do not use the product for any reason other that its intended purpose. It could lead to an accident or trouble. 8

20 Guarantee Rule If you do not agree to this warranty, please return your purchase. However, products with flaws in the customer s negligence, defects, or missing parts can not be retuned. After the product has been used, it will be presumed that you have agreed to the warranty. Aromajoin Corporation (hereinafter referred to as aromajoin ), has a warranty period from the day of purchase. The date is written on the warranty card. Do not use this product in medical equipment s relating to people s lives or for finance applications. In using the device for applications that require high reliability, please proceed with care and perfection. In such cases, Aromajoin will not be responsible for the liability for damages. 1) If case of failure of the product despite your normal use in accordance with the manuals and notices, please bring the device to the purchased store within the warranty period. Aromajoin will replace or repair with no charge. 2) Even within the warranty period, you will be charged for repairs in the following situations. (1) Error in usage, or damage repair or remodeling by the customer.
