In total, preliminary production from the Caribou operation in 2017 consisted of 937,459 tonnes mined and 945,436 tonnes milled at an average head grade of 5.9% Zn, 2.6% Pb, and 2.2 oz/t Ag. The 2017 payable production numbers are 79.9 million lbs of Zn, 30.9 million lbs of Pb, and 890,300 oz of Ag. In the coming year, Trevali plans to embark on an exploration program aimed at expanding their mineral resource and finding new deposits. This will include a 10,000 m drill program at the Caribou mine. December 2017 In a December 11, 2017 press release, Trevali Mining Corp. reported the results of exploration drilling on their property in northern New Brunswick. Drilling outlined a major body of massive sulphide mineralization containing significant zinc-rich polymetallic intervals located approximately 350 m from the currently defined deposit. Mineralization in this area, referred to the north limb extension, was first intersected during drilling in Drilling to date has defined two lenses of massive sulphide mineralization, ranging from 5 m to more than 30 m in thickness with an approximate strike length of 450 m and a dip length of approximately 700 m. The discovery of this zone doubles the strike length of the North Limb of the Caribou deposit and remains open for expansion. Highlights of the drilling include: m grading 6.05% Zn, 2.23% Pb, 0.37% Cu, g/t Ag, and 2.12 g/t Au and 3.23 m grading 7.00% Zn, 2.07% Pb, 0.65% Cu, g/t Ag, and 0.41 g/t Au (BR-1033); and m grading 5.81% Zn, 2.28% Pb, 0.46% Cu, g/t Ag, and 2.21 g/t Au. An inferred resource drilling program was to be completed mid-december and a resource estimate is planned to be released in Q November 2017 In a November 6, 2017 press release, Trevali Mining Corp. released the results of a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) conducted on their Halfmile-Stratmat massive sulphide zinc-lead-silver deposits within the Bathurst Mining Camp in northern New Brunswick. As part of the PEA, two scenarios were considered. The base case consisted of ore from both deposits being fed to a new 3,000 tonne-per-day concentrator plant on the Stratmat site. Results were positive for this scenario based on a pre-production capital expenditure of $231 million, a post-tax Internal Rate of Return of 19%, a post-tax Net Present Value of $99 million, and a mine life of 13 years. The second scenario included transporting pre-concentrated dense media feed to Trevali s Caribou concentrator plant. Results were also positive for this case with an estimated pre-production capital expenditure of $156 million, a post-tax Internal Rate of Return of 25%, and post-tax Net Present Value of $116 million over a 13 year mine life. The average peak annual payable production for both scenarios (years 4-10) would be 117 million lbs Zn, 35 million lbs Pb, 2 million lbs Cu and 766,000 oz Ag. As a part of the PEA, the Mineral Resource Estimate for the Halfmile deposit was updated. It consists of: 7.8 Mt of 0.30 g/t Au, 36 g/t Ag, 2.35 % Pb, 6.94% Zn, and 0.18 % Cu in the Measured and Indicated categories, and 6.5 Mt grading 0.10 g/t Au, 23 g/t Ag, 1.51% Pb, 5.62% Zn, and 0.15% Cu in the Inferred category. July 2017

3 In a July 25, 2017 press release, Trevali Mining Corp. announced the results of its drill program on the Heath Steele project in northern New Brunswick. The drill program was designed to test the E-Zone, which is an advanced-stage, near-surface target with a non-ni compliant resource. The latest drilling intersected broad intervals of polymetallic massive sulphide mineralization that contain higher grade intervals. Highlights of the drilling include: m grading 4.15% Zn, 1.68% Pb, 0.49% Cu, g/t Ag, and 0.63 g/t Au, which includes m grading 5.93% Zn, 2.71% Pb, 0.82% Cu, g/t Ag, and 1.35 g/t Au (HS17-002); and m grading 4.57% Zn, 1.73% Pb, 2.33% Cu, g/t Ag, and 1.07 g/t Au, which includes m grading 7.4% Zn, 3.22% Pb, 0.66% Cu, g/t Ag, and 0.78 g/t Au (HS17-003). The mineralization comprises two stacked sulphide lenses that are approximately 150 m long and range in thickness from 5-30 m. These lenses merge towards the surface and are continuous vertically for approximately 200 m. In a July 27, 2017 press release, Trevali Mining Corp. announced that they received the Mining Lease for the former Restigouche zinc-lead-silver mine in northeast New Brunswick. The acquisition of this property will provide additional feed of approximately tonnes-per-day to support production at their Caribou facility with average head grades expected to be approximately 5.5-6% Zn, 4-4.5% Pb, and g/t Ag. It also provides an additional source of waste backfill for the Caribou mine underground workings, thus reducing the Province s liability at the Restigouche site. An additional full-time positions could be created over a 3-4 year potential mine life. Mineralization at the deposit consists of high-grade sulphide mineralization that outcrops at surface and dips gently to the north-northwest. It has a strike length of approximately 120 m and continues down dip for 460 m and has an average thickness of approximately 20 m. Approximately 756,000 tonnes were mined historically from the open pit and the ore was processed at the nearby Caribou mill. Mine design and mining method studies are being conducted along with additional diamond drilling for geotechnical data, metallurgical testing and to produce a NI compliant resource estimate. Once approvals are received, Trevali plans to proceed with development of the mine portal and refurbishment of the infrastructure with hopes of initial production commencing in Q3 of June 2017 In a June 14, 2017 press release, Trevali Mining Corp. announced results from its resource definition drill program on its Halfmil e deposit in the Bathurst Mining Camp in northeastern New Brunswick. The 28 hole (15,175 m) drill program tested various targets in and around the Upper and Lower Zones of the Halfmile deposit. The deposit has an Indicated Resource of 6.26 million tonnes grading 8.13% Zn, 2.58% Pb, 0.22% Cu, and 30.8 g/t Ag and an Inferred Resource of 6.08 million tonnes grading 6.69% Zn, 1.83% Pb, 0.14% Cu, and 20.5 g/t Ag. Highlights of the drilling include: 22.1 m of high-grade massive sulphides grading 10.71% Zn, 4.16% Pb, 0.12% Cu, g/t Ag, and 0.47 g/t Au (HK16-042); and m of massive to semi-massive sulphides grading 7.86% Zn, 2.34% Pb, 0.11% Cu, and g/t Ag (HK16-056A). The recent drill program validated the historic drilling, provided additional information on the precious metal values of the Upper and Lower Zones, and has led to an improved understanding of the local geology. An Audio Magnetotelluric (AMT) Survey was also conducted on the property to test its use as an exploration tool. In addition to outlining known mineralization at 800 metres below ground surface, preliminary results have identified a possible new target approximately 800 metres below the North Zone. In a June 23, 2017 press release, Northcliff Resources Ltd. announced that they had received environmental impact assessment approval from the Federal Government for the Sisson Tungsten and Molybdenum Mine Project in central New Brunswick. The proposed project will consist of an open pit tungsten-molybdenum mining and milling operation at a rate of 30,000 dry metric tonnes per day with an estimated mine life of 27 years. The plan also includes construction of an ammonium paratungstate plant the first of its kind in Canada. May 2017 In a May 5, 2017 press release, Trevali Mining Corporation reported the initial drilling results from its drill program on the Heath Steele project located near its Stratmat zinc deposit in northern New Brunswick. The drill program is designed to test the E-Zone at the former producing Heath Steele deposit, which has a near-surface, advancedstage historic target with a defined non-ni compliant resource. Historic drill hole data suggests that the E-

4 Zone consists of two stacked sulphide lenses that are 150 m in length and range in thickness between 5-30 metres. The seven hole, 1200 m drill program at Heath Steele was designed to corroborate the historic data and provide material for metallurgical testing. Highlights of the drilling include: 3.84% Zn, 1.51% Pb, 2.15% Cu, 64.3 g/t Ag and 1.01 g/t Au over 56.2 m, which includes several higher grade intervals (HS17-001). Also of note are the elevated Co values that averaged 0.15% over the 56.2 m mineralized interval. Results of the remaining drill holes are still pending. April 2017 In an April 17 th press release Trevali Mining Corporation reported first quarter 2017 production results for the in the Bathurst Mining Camp, northern New Brunswick. 7 Trevali Mining Corp. s was highlighted in an article in the December 7-13, 2015 edition of the Northern Miner. Trevali began underground mining at the zinc-lead-silver mine in March 2015 and are expecting to ramp up to commercial production at the 3,000-tonne-per-day operation by early At full production, the mine is expected to produce 93 million lbs of zinc, 32.5 million lbs of lead, 3.1 million lbs of copper, 730,000 oz of silver, and 1,500 oz of gold annually for approximately six years. Previous mining operations from two open pit mines and an underground mine at Caribou, between 1970 and 2008, produced approximately 2.3 million tonnes grading 6.6% Zn and 3.1% Pb. Trevali bought the Caribou deposit, mill, and infrastructure at a cost of $22 million through an equity takeover of Maple Minerals in November A 2013 resource estimate states that the Caribou deposit has 7.2 million measured and indicated tonnes grading 6.99% Zn, 2.9% Pb, 0.4% Cu, 84 g/t Ag, and 0.9 g/t Au that equates to 1.1 billion lbs Zn, 468 million lbs Pb, 69 million lbs Cu, and 19.6 million oz Ag. It has 3.7 million inferred tonnes grading 6.95% Zn, 2.8% Pb, 0.3% Cu, 78 g/t Ag, and 1.2 g/t Au. Trevali began producing zinc and lead-silver concentrates in July 2015 and are working toward improving mill recoveries to reach 84% Zn and 65% Pb. As of Q3 2015, mill recoveries were 61.1% Zn and 41% Pb and production consisted of 12,464 tonnes of zinc concentrate 48.8% and 4,240 tonnes of lead concentrate grading 35.7%. In November 2015, recoveries improved to 78% Zn and 60% Pb as a result of switching from the low-grade stockpile to the higher grade run-of mine material. The products from the mill are shipped to Glencore s smelter in Belledune where the lead-silver concentrate is further processed. The zinc concentrate is shipped from Belledune by rail to the CEZ refinery and smelting complex in Quebec. Trevali expects to reach a production rate of 2,500 tonnes-perday by the end of 2015 and 3,000 tonnes-per-day by early Once this target is reached, the copper circuit will be installed to produce a copper-gold concentrate. Recent drilling programs have been successful at intersecting massive sulphide mineralization 450 m below the current defined resource, which could extend the mine life beyond the six year mine plan. November 2015 Corridor In a November 11, 2015 press release, Corridor Resources Inc. reported on their third quarter financial results for the three months ended September 30, Natural gas revenues for Q decreased to $595,000 from $2,066,000 for Q whereas natural gas production decreased to 1.1 mmscfpd in Q from 6.6 mmscfpd in Q The average natural gas sales price increased to $6.10/mscf in Q from $3.38/mscf in Q In a November 16, 2015 press release, Trevali Mining Corp. provided an update on mill commissioning at their in northern New Brunswick. The mill continues to increase throughput at a rate of 2,000-tonne-perday and rising, with Zn and Pb recoveries of 78% and 60%, respectively, based on a feed grade of approximately 6.2% Zn, 2.2% Pb, and 1.8 oz/ton Ag. Underground operations continue to ramp up with production increasing to approximately 1,950-tonnes per day. Production is averaging 700- to 1,200-tonnes-per-day per stope. Development of 11.5 km out of a total of 13.8 km has been rehabilitated to date and the focus is now on the North Limb where there are three additional zones that will be advanced to production in early Underground dewatering is approximately 98% complete with only 12 vertical meters left to be dewatered. Penobsquis/Picadilly An article in the Kings County Record announced that mining operations will cease at PotashCorp s Penobsquis potash mine on Monday, November 30, 2015 after more than 30 years of operation. PotashCorp will be focussing their efforts on the Picadilly site where mining is more efficient. Some workers will transfer to the new $2.2 billion Picadilly mine located across the road while others will continue to work at the Penobsquis site to prepare for the provincial environmental impact assessment that is required before mine decommissioning. Once the environmental hazards are removed from underground, the mine will be left to fill with brine. Low market conditions have led the company to reduce their production goals for 2016 at the Picadilly site to 500,000 tonnes. The Picadilly mine is approximately 300 metres deeper than the Penobsquis mine and the potash is more difficult to reach because of the angle and fluctuation of the orebody. October 2015

8 Penobsquis PotashCorp announced that they will cease operations at their Penobsquis potash mine near Sussex by the end of November. The closure was not expected to happen until early in 2016 but PotashCorp decided to phase out operations earlier due to weakening market conditions and the ramp up of lower-cost operations at the Picadilly Mine. Once fully operational, the Picadilly Mine is expected to produce up to 1.8 million tonnes of potash. September 2015 Caribou Trevali Mining Corporation provided an update on mill commissioning and production statistics at their Caribou Zinc Mine in northern New Brunswick for the month of August. The total mill throughput was 77,149 tonnes at an average daily rate of 2,489 tonnes per day. Approximately 5,016 tonnes of zinc concentrate (grading 52% Zn) and 1,366 tonnes of lead-silver concentrate (grading 41% Pb and 607 g/t Ag) were produced. Modifications were made to the IsaMill circuit and adjustments are continuing towards achieving optimal grinding and media sizing, and to improve pump-delivery systems. Underground dewatering is 92% complete and a 10,000 m underground drill program began mid-august, designed to aid mining and convert inferred resources to a higher confidence category. Underground mining continued at a rate of 1,200 tonnes per day to maintain a 60,000 tonne coarse feed stockpile with an approximate grade of 5.4% Zn, 2.2% Pb, 0.3% Cu, 60 g/t Ag, and 0.8 g/t Au. May 2015 Trevali Mining Corporation announced that mill commissioning has begun at its 3,000-tonne-per-day Caribou Zinc Mine in northern New Brunswick. Underground mining has produced approximately 75,000 tonnes of ore that has been stock piled at surface. An additional 28,000 tonnes of mill-feed is drilled and ready to be extracted through the new ramp system. Initial commissioning will start with low-grade material as they bring the grinding and flotation circuits up to specification. There will be an initial focus to produce Zn and Pb(Ag) concentrates whereas the Cu(Au) circuit will be commissioned later this year. The Zn-Pb-Ag concentrates will be trucked to Glencore s Belledune smelting complex for further refining. Of the total 13.3 km of underground development, 7.3 km is fully refurbished and ready for production operations. Production is currently ongoing from three stopes at 1800 tonnes-per-day. Production from the stopes mined to date includes 33,000 tonnes at 5.88% Zn, 2.31% Pb, and 55.7 g/t Ag. The mine currently has approximately 210 employees, contractors and consultants - approximately 17% of which are First Nations employees. April 2015 Caribou Trevali Mining Corporation is evaluating the possibility of incorporating paste backfill into their mining methods at its Caribou Zinc Mine in northern New Brunswick. This technology would allow them the potential to maximize or increase the estimated mine life by recovering 1.33 million tonnes of mineralization contained in sill pillars that are included in the current resource calculation. Two phases of test work have been completed to produce paste backfill using historic Caribou tailings (Phase I) and sand from local deposits (Phase II). Phase III will involve optimization of sand-paste characteristics, detailed geological studies on several local sand deposits, and further larger-scale testing on fresh tailings from the Caribou plant once the mine is commissioned. March 2015 Trevali Mining Corp. commenced mining operations at the Caribou polymetallic mine in northern New Brunswick at the end of March and expects to commission the mill in Q2. The milling circuit is almost ready for operation with the new 3,000-tonne-per-day Semi-Autogenous-Grinding mill installed and refurbishment of the Ball Mills and IsaMills almost complete. The company plans to initially focus on the zinc and lead flotation circuits followed by commissioning of the copper circuit. Underground mineral production began with blasting and transporting of the

9 mineralized material to the surface Coarse Mill-Feed Pad where approximately 18,000 tonnes of material is currently stockpiled. The company plans to stockpile 60-80,000 tonnes of material prior to commencing mill commissioning in Q2. Access to the first four production zones is now complete, which allows for the availability of approximately 1 million tonnes of mineralized material for production and approximately three years of underground development. The underground ramp connection to the existing conveyor portal has been completed and will reduce the underground haul distance to within approximately 100 m of the Fine Mill-Feed bins. The mine is approximately 80% dewatered with approximately 100 m still to be dewatered. The mine currently has 230 employees on site and expects to employ 300 once operations reach full capacity. Sisson Project Northcliff Resources Ltd. announced that the New Brunswick Department of Environment and Local Government have accepted the company s Sisson Project Draft Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report. The updated final EIA Report has been prepared and the project is ready to move ahead to the public consultation phase of the EIA process. February 2015 On February 23, 2015, the Province of New Brunswick issued a request for proposals (RFP) to explore a 40 km stretch of land for potential potash deposits in the Salt Springs area in southern New Brunswick. The RFP covers an area consisting of approximately 25,495 hectares and is located peripheral to the former Cassidy Lake potash mine. The RFP will close on May 29, 2015 and subsequent to evaluation of the proposals, the government intends to grant a three year exploration lease. January 2015 In the January 5-11, 2015 issue of the Northern Miner, Trevali Mining is one of the companies listed as being well-positioned for the expected rise in zinc demand. Trevali currently produces zinc and lead concentrates from its Santander mine in Peru and is planning to start production at the Caribou mine during the first half of The Caribou complex is expected to produce 93 million pounds of zinc and 32.5 million pounds of lead each year in addition to 3.1 million pounds of copper, 730,000 ounces of silver and 1,500 ounces of gold.
