While reading the catalogue, your customers became interested in one of the products. The catalogue price was listed as $20.00 (net). When you fill the order, you buy the product at a lower price - the Distributor s price. If you are interested in other forms of earning money, read on

8 STEP THREE: Be a leader! Create your own distribution network! A proper sales structure allows people you invited to build their own networks. Remember, not everybody has to be a great seller; they may have managing talents that would make them great Sponsors. You now have a new and interesting task which is up to you to accomplish. Your target is to build your own distribution network. Let s start at the beginning. Building a distribution network is nothing more than encouraging new people to do exactly what you did to sell FM GROUP products. Recently, you were focused on creating a list of your potential customers. Did you know that some of them are perfect candidates for becoming new Distributors? Don t worry that you will lose them as customers. As their Sponsor, you will not only earn profit from selling products, you also gain advantages due to your new position. You decide who you will invite into your network. Your success depends only on you how many people join your network. While building your structure however, you have to remember a few basic rules: The best solution is to build a sales network in which you will be able to cooperate with every person daily. Such a network allows for harmonious co-operation and increasing profits. While building your network remember the goals of other people. Offer them the opportunities you yourself took advantage of and create your network in such a way as to allow others to benefit from opportunity also. Such a solution will make your work more effective and more profitable

9 How not to build a STRUCTURE? How you build your structure is very important for its effectiveness. A well-built structure will grant you additional profit. Below, we present examples of improperly built sales network structures. When you sponsor too many people personally your sales network does not function properly and, above all, it does not develo It is more effective to create a structure allowing other people do what you do to become a Sponsor STAR STRUCTURE WRONG STRUCTURE The linear sales network structure is created when you sponsor one person, who then encourages another person to sell the products and they in turn encourage another person, etc. The success of every person in this structure depends on a single Distributor along a single line. This is not the ideal way to create your sales network, and by doing so you will not take advantage of the opportunities Multi-Level Marketing has to offer. LINEAR STRUCTURE WRONG STRUCTURE When you build the sales network properly and it works effectively, your profit increases. Apart from the money you earn selling FM GROUP products you will also earn a bonus payment for what is sold by you and the people you introduced into your sales network. In other words, from the moment you invite new members your success not only depends on you but also on the other members within your network. The bonus payment you receive depends on your turnover and your group s turnover in a given month. Example: Your customer ordered a 30 ml bottle of perfume. The catalogue price is $20.00 (net). You buy it for the lower price - the Distributor s price $14.00 (net). In addition to earning on the margin you also receive. 11 EXAMPLE 2 Model construction of a 6% structure To help you better understand how to calculate your bonus payment let s look at another example. Suppose there are 6 people in your structure and their turnover for a given month is as follows: Besides the bonus payment for your personal sales you also receive a bonus for your group s sales. We will analyze your group members achievements one by one: Daniel sold products and received 150 for them. He did not accomplish any effectiveness level, so he will not receive any additional payment. The same applies for Paul (200 ) and Christie (250 ). 15 Entry criteria of the Orchid Club PEARL ORCHID You receive the Pearl Orchid title if you sponsor at least one group with an effectiveness level of 21%, while the rest of your structure has at least 20,000 of turnover. The money is divided between all the Members at the particular level in proportion to their point turnover. The money for the particular level is paid under the condition that at least one person achieves it. There s another privilege and advantage for Members of the Club: the accumulation of bonus payments for particular levels. For instance, the Diamond Orchid receives as a bonus, a sum of bonus payments of all the Orchid levels, i.e. Pearl, Amaranth, Golden and the current Diamond title. As a Distributor, you will receive a login and a password for our website where you will have access to your current tree. Our computer system will calculate your bonus payment for sales in the network you created. An accounting month is a calendar month. In every accounting month you and your group have to collect the number of required for a particular level. To better understand how your bonus payment is calculated, study the following terms which are used further in the plan. The Distributor s personal group s These are the Distributor s group s decreased by the group of the Orchids subordinate to the Distributor. Remember that if you have several Orchid members in the given down line, in your calculations you use the group of the Orchid which is located closest to you. EXAMPLE You have created a structure which functions very efficiently and is setup as follows: 21% 21% In the middle down line you have two people who have achieved the Diamond Orchid status. According to the down line rule, the point value for your calculation is the number of conventional of this Diamond Orchid, who is the closest to you. To choose the right person, let us remind you to consider the member with the highest level. In this case, it is a person at the Diamond Orchid level

There s also another possibility: if you yourself sponsor two groups both of which have an effectiveness level of 21%.
