2 Automatic Vacuum Forming Machines ECOFORMER KMV ECOFORMER KMV 53 E The high-performance automatic vacuum forming machines of the KMV series offer advantages that count. Both is responsible for a short cooling time and high-performance production. High heating performance 3 x heating length in lower and upper heater, movable close up to the tool for fast and uniform heating of the film and greater flexibility when selecting materials. Lower clamping frame The ECOFORMER does not need a pre-blow box. Besides better accessibility this permits the use of a lower clamping frame and additional possibilities in terms of tool design. Additional width adjustment An additional width-adjustment mechanism downstream of the stacking unit is available as an option for a more precise positioning of the products during the stacking process.

Tooling costs are reduced. Operation in combination with the clampingframe drives allows even complex formed components to be produced with maximum quality and at optimum cost. It is also possible to integrate additional drive systems for pre-streching plugs and mould release aids into the tables of the forming.
