This schedule is not a complete list of all outages that will occur this outage season. Due to unforeseen delays or scheduling conflicts, the dates below are subject to change. Any changes to the list below will be posted at the earliest known date. Mainline Outages: Hanover to Stony Point 42" Main Line - DOT Pipeline Integrity Project: Potential Repair Dates: May 26, 2016 As part of its DOT Pipeline Integrity Project, AGT will be conducting pigging operations on its Hanover to Stony Point 42" Main Line. During the in-line tool run, AGT will coordinate with downstream point operators to minimize MR RAMAPO- MILLENNIUM 26" Main Line -Stony Point to Southeast - DOT Pipeline Integrity Project: Potential Repair Dates: June 17, 2016 As part of its DOT Pipeline Integrity Project, AGT will be conducting pigging operations on its 26" Main Line from the Stony Point Compressor Station to its Southeast Compressor Station. AGT will coordinate with downstream point operators to minimize operational impacts; however, during the tool runs the capacities will be reduced as follows: During the cleaning tool runs, AGT currently forecasts the capacity through Stony Point Compressor Station will be reduced to approximately 1,152,000 Dth/day. AGT anticipates restrictions to interruptible, secondary firm, and potentially primary firm service nominations sourced west of Stony Point for delivery east of Stony Point. Additionally, during the in-line tool run, AGT currently forecasts the capacity through Stony Point Compressor Station will be reduced to approximately 1,027,000 Dth/day. AGT anticipates restrictions to interruptible, secondary firm, and potentially primary firm service nominations sourced west of Stony Point for delivery east of Stony Point. Page 2 of 11

Stony Point to Oxford Outage: April 11 - October 31, 2016 AGT will be conducting an outage between Stony Point and Oxford Compressor Stations. During this time, AGT currently forecasts the capacity through the Stony Point Compressor Station will be reduced to as follows: Reduced to Approximately: October 14 - October17912,000 Dth October 18848,000 Dth October 19 - October 31912,000 Dth Based on historical nominations through Stony Point, AGT anticipates restrictions to interruptible, secondary services and primary firm services. During this time, AGT currently forecasts the capacity through the Oxford Compressor Station will be reduced to as follows: Reduced to Approximately: October 14 - October 17 1,011,000 Dth October ,000 Dth October 19 - October 26 1,011,000 Dth *October 27 - October ,000 Dth Based on historical nominations through Oxford, AGT anticipates restrictions to interruptible, secondary services and potentially primary firm services. 5 C System Line C-1-10" - DOT Pipeline Integrity Project: In-Line Tool Date: August 1, 2016 Potential Repair Date: October 10, 2016 As part of its DOT Pipeline Integrity Project, AGT will be conducting pigging operations on its 10" C-1 MR CHESHIRE (NEW HAVEN, CT) MR WALLINGFORD ENERGY INTERCONNECT (FAIRFIELD, CT) MR CMEEC- PIERCE POWER PLANT- (NEW HAVEN, CT) MR DEFCO (NEW HAVEN, CT) MR NORTH HAVEN (NEW HAVEN) MR NORTH HAVEN LOW PRESSURE (NEW HAVEN, CT) MR GUILFORD (NEW HAVEN, CT) Algonquin DOT Pipeline Integrity Project AGT will be conducting, as part of its ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Project, in-line inspection tool runs at various locations throughout the Algonquin pipeline system. As a result of these in-line inspections, certain locations could be identified for an investigation which could lead to possible reduction of capacity. Should any of these investigations lead to a reduction of capacity, AGT will post on the bulletin board as soon as it is known. Listed below are the pipeline segments scheduled for inspection this year. Each segment will have a caliper tool run and an ILI tool run. Also listed below are the dates of a possible investigation as a result of the in-line inspection.
